B	Brianna Dondero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went to get my oil changed, waited around an hour (which was okay) and was the first car there in line. A very kind employee came out and brought me a newspaper and told me it would be another 20 minutes but we would be next. As soon as the car in front of us left, we were told by another employee to move to a different bay so the BMW beside me could go in first even though they arrived after me. I asked the employee why this was happening and they said “I don’t know my manager told me to” but wouldn’t give us a valid reason why the cars who got there AFTER us got to go in first. They informed us that the person who gave me the newspaper was the manager and I repeated that the manager said we were next in line which was totally ignored. I couldn’t give this place business after that. Terrible experience! Especially when it operates on a first come, first serve basis. Never use their services
J	Jean-Guy Pitre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So yesterday at like 4:45 my kid told me the tire stem on the tire of one of our cars was split and leaking bad. Good luck getting THAT fixed on a Sunday. Well Mr Lube did it not only quickly once I gave them the tire, but Seth would not let me pay. Great service even though they were busy. And if I knew they could do tires and oil changes at the same time..I would have gone there earlier. No appointment needed either. Highly recommend.

They finished the tire changing within 10 minutes because I was the first one in the morning and most of the staffs were working on my car. They even caught a mistake that Costco tire Center made. Very good service and experience. Will come back next year.

Once in the bay to do my oil change, they were fair and very informative. I'll be back there for another oil change when the time comes.

I was in and out in about 20 min even with several other vehicles there. Much better!! "Went for an oil change on a Monday afternoon. Only one car ahead of us but we waited 45 minutes and still were not in the garage so had to leave for another commitment. It appeared that every car in there was getting tires done. This is supposed to be a quick service and we thought we would have lots of time. Maybe consider reserving bays for only oil changes?"

My advisor, Corey, was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. Overall a great experience, timely service, and well-managed Q. Definitely would love to return!

I went in to get an oil change because my light came on, and even though it was quite early to do it, I thought that I would just do a change instead of adding oil and changing it in about a week or so. Darcy remembered me from the last time I was in when I had an issue, and recommended that I don't do an oil change right then because it looked like there was a problem and I needed to take it to a shop that could look at it more in detail. I really appreciate his honesty. He could have done the oil change and told me to keep an eye on it, but he didn't want me to waste my money, so it was appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Lube and especially Darcy!
