★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay replaced my front brake rotors, he was friendly, timely, and his price was reasonable. I've been back a few times and have been happy with the service. He even popped out a dent in my car, and buffed out some scratches for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Love SICKBAY cause they are genuine, honest, low priced and professional. I always feel safe and trust them with my car. One thing I use to worry before I started coming to sickbay that I will be ripped off with things I don’t need to replace in my car With sickbay they don’t charge me with things that I don’t need, moreover they tell me it’s fine and that I don’t have to worry about it. I don’t go any where else now and all my friends/co-workers from Kingston airport we all come here. My son when he comes from Toronto to see me if he needs any thing with his car he comes here too, he even asked me ‘mom where did you find him he is very good’. I always recommend them and I will always come here even if I have to do a bit of extra drive. They are the best in Kingston!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took in a toyota corolla ce with a no crank electrical problem for a room mate I thought it was a starter problem okayed Jason to replace starter with new one if thats what it needed .left the vehicle overnight at sickbay called the next day to ask if car was done he replied yes . I asked how much to install the news starter . He replied didn't need one . He diagnosed the problem which was an anti theft immobiler that the key had to be used acertain way and showed my roommate how to operate it . Got to love this husband and wife business . I'm 60 years old and never in my life have I walked away from any garage in kingston with a bill for a small fraction of was expecting to pay . Great honest family run business 4 thumbs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our car dying in the side of the 401, I got in touch with Sickbay and they were able to fit us in immediately. Jay found the problem (alternator) and has us fixed and back on the road before end of day. Given we are from another city, it was greatly appreciated! Jay and Kelly are friendly professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need! Thanks so much!
