G	Gifford Aalders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved seat on bus so no occupancy around me for covid reasons, get on bus and seat is occupied by someone from Toronto of all places. Megabus charging extra for reserve seating and people are sitting in seats they aren't supposed to. If seat is reserved they should tape off those seats, just my thoughts ?.
R	Reza Aalaeifar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful Megabus! ? Unfortunately, their service is among the few options in Kingston and the company takes the best advantage of the situation! There is no value for customers and there are no after-sale services. No one is responsible and responsive to their behaviour. Hopefully, there will be some new transportation companies soon to stop the mess. I am sorry that I could not give zero stars to the review.

M	Maxime Disneymax21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus I good. There is a washroom. And comfy seats. My complaint is the web site is advertising free wifi and movies. They don't have any of those. Not even a network. I have been on 2 Megabus in 1 week and still no wifi or movies.
C	Charlene Alger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience for first time traveling with the bus line. My only concern was that there seemed to be to many passengers on my trip out. Considering of new highly contagious Omnicrom virus.. Return trip was much better not as many people and more spread out.

The AC was blasting to the max even though we asked the driver if they can bump down it a notch. We did pay extra for the front seats and it was an amazing experience even though we froze and got sick. That's the only reason for giving 2 stars. Seat Comfort: 4/10 Temperature Comfort: 1/10 Ride experience: 7/10 Speed: 8/10 Ticket prices: 5/10
O	Omar Mahgoob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to buy my ticket through this company because they don’t have physical office and you have to do everything online. However, it was legit and the buses were very good and comfortable. Departure and arrival times were close to precise. Ticket price is not cheap but it is worth it if you don’t want to drive yourself. The only thing needed to be done is to wipe the chairs after every trip as they are not very clean.
