Honestly the one shop who took time to explain services to me, were willing to speak with a parent who is a mechanic about the nitty-gritty information I wasn’t sure about, and SO open. Always transparent, they fix what they need to and quickly. Super friendly. Corina is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable about bringing my car into the shop. Steve is amazing, always willing to explain any service to me or suggest what may be the issue and looks into it all in one go! Adam fixed a minor issue with my car in little to no time, short notice, and it wasn’t an issue. They never make you feel bad or rushed, they always reassure you that the car is in the best hands and it truly is! I’m not going anywhere else in Kingston. I’ve tried 4 other shops. Bonus: they work on Mini Coopers! So they definitely know how to work around the most stubborn issues. I really appreciate everyone at the shop and all the work they’ve done getting my car back to normal after months of mysterious issues nobody could diagnose. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough for this amazing business. After extreme difficulty diagnosing my vehicle with another auto shop, I called Auto Service Kingston. Firstly, I was listened to and they definitely went out of their way to accommodate me. Adam was simply amazing. Once the issue was diagnosed, their honesty is beyond exemplary. I agreed to have the issue fixed but before THEY agreed to fix it, they wanted me to review the other issues they found so I could make an informed decision. I received an email with pictures outlining the concerns they had. Think this has been the first time I have ever had an auto shop be this up front and honest. Honestly feels that they were way more concerned about my safety than making money. To Auto Service Kingston, I can't express enough my sincerest appreciation for all you did for me. Will most definitely be my go to people from now on. Thank you to your entire team. This is definitely the most honest and professional shop I have ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice before, and each time has been wonderful. The staff always explain the problem to me in a way in which I can understand. They seem really passionate about this stuff! All staff is super friendly and eager to help. My 20 year old car came out driving like new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just moved to Ontario, we had to get our cars safety'd. Auto Service Kingston was able to quickly conduct the inspections without an appointment. Their staff were courteous and professional both on the phone and in person. The reports were very thorough and incredibly detailed listing the required and recommended fixes as well as their costs. Pricing was VERY competitive. If your Auto needs Servicing in Kingston you owe it to yourself to check out Auto Service Kingston!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck had an oil leak, I didn’t think it would be anything crazy, But it was. It ended up needing an oil filter housing replacement, Which I didn’t expect at all or the price. Thanks to the guys at Auto Services Kingston they helped me out, even when I didn’t have all the money for them to do the job. I’m thankful for their understanding and kindness definitely, it was a great experience. If you are looking to get your car fixed try Auto Service Kingston.

Really great way of emailing me the quotes for service and they are able to show photos of the repairs that needed to be done. They are also very Covid cautious and that’s appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at Auto Service Kingston. I had an issue my throttle sensor which needed a replacement part and also got an oil change. They performed quick inspection/instalment services and were very transparent on the costs and wait/repair times. Additionally, they recommended future repairs/replacements without any pressure to get them done. Very nice people as well! I will definitely continue taking my car here from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience was a great one, took my vehicle in for some preventative maintenance after noticing some an issue with my front end components. Their communication was exceptional, staff were very friendly, they offered flexible options for dropping off my truck and offered to stay late so that I could pick up my vehicle after closing. This meant a lot to me as a customer.
I have had my vehicles serviced across Canada and Auto Service Kingston is likely, if not one of the best experiences I have had with any automotive shop. Their email updates, calls and texts make it super easy to approve work and get updated on the vehicle diagnosis and it’s repair progress.
I will be recommending them to my co-workers and returning for future maintenance/repairs. Prices were fair, their labour rate was well within my expectation and parts pricing was similar to what I’d pay if I sourced the parts myself. Very pleased overall. Highly recommend Auto Service Kingston.
