They lie to protect themselves. I had to actually record my conversations with them because they would lie about what was said in meetings.. we went in simply for a little help with an abusive mother . Man don’t ask these people for help unless u want to risk them turning on you and the child .. I have a recording of one of the agents telling me my son is a lier and also that his mother gets stressed so it’s ok for her to smack him to disapline him... needless to say they made my sons life complete hell as was mine .. all because we asked for a little advice ..... In my educated opinion the whole staff of this place should be fired !!! And a few of them should be put in jail !!
They help no one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please find a new receptionist. Betty has no idea what she is doing, how to transfer a call, or how to talk to people properly. This is not my first time dealing with this CAS but this is the first time speaking with Betty and all I can say is WOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is great an easy to talk to. Nobody likes dealing with CAS but they did everything they could to help. I see a lot of bad reviews but I have also seen the type of people that leave them. Last time I was in you could tell a mother was high and out of control. They were very professional and handled the situation. Thankfully my situation was cleared up very fast and everything is good to go. These people don't just show up for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Karen" who flies into the parking lot driving a Tesla needs to slow down. I have also seen this rude women in red Mazda. Please for the safety of the children slow it down as people walk kids into daycare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place destroys families. Makes up lies and very manipulative. Havnt seen my children in over 4 weeks but yet say it important I am part of there life. Don’t sign ANYTHING!!!!! These people do not care about families. There more families they have involved with the society, the more funding they get!!! It’s a business, not a protection service....
