Had an automatic car starter installed but was having some issues with my fob (my user error, not the product) and I stopped by to ask to upgrade to the Viper Remote Model. They took my car in immediately and got me all set for the winter season. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend. They also provide a Military discount. Thank you again to everyone at Cozy Car.

I ordered a new head unit as a Christmas gift for my partner, and due to supply chain issues and delivery issues, it got delayed several times and was going to be late past Christmas. Cozy Car was always very honest and communicative about the delays, and it was genuinely out of their control. Fred (aka Santa Claus) happened to have the same head unit I ordered in his own personal car, so he decided to swap it out to ensure I got my Christmas gift on time. That is extremely generous of him and way beyond what I would expect from anyone.
Cozy Car was some of the best customer service I've ever received. Easy 5 star review and I wish I had more business to give them! If you're torn between Cozy Car and another shop, you should absolutely go here - their reviews speak for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a remote starter for my partners vehicle for a Christmas gift. They were so great to get me an appointment on a Saturday where I could sneakily borrow the car to have it installed. Not only did they get me in and out in under 20 mins, they also made sure that it was not visible to help me keep the surprise.
I really can’t say any bad things about this place. I was floored by the quick, friendly and super helpful service. Not to mention their prices were the most reasonable around. The starter works perfectly, and my partner was pleasantly surprised on Christmas morning.
10/10 recommend.
