★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this Mr. Lube. I have been to many different quick oil change places around Vancouver and this one has to be one of the best ones due to the employees. I felt very comfortable with their recommendations as they were sure to show me things (like my black transmission fluid! Which I got changed). They were kind and didn’t push me on things. Will be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for my regular oil change today, and they recommended a transmission fluid change as well. My car now shifts gears as I drive much sooner and more smoothly. My mechanic Mike was very friendly and helpful. The process was quite quick, the whole thing only took about 40 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck sprang an oil leak and I went in to buy some oil and top her up. They don't sell oil retail, but offered to top it up themselves. Then they found that it was really just a loose oil filter, so they tightened it up again.
Then they DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! Amazing!
So not only did they top it up with oil, fix the root cause, but they did it for free and right away.
Super impressed with these guys. So nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay was great. Always transparent and explaining. Helped me find other issues with the car even though I just came for an oil change and helped me plan when I should do those repairs. He was honest and not pushy. I feel like they know exactly what they are talking about and they take their time with your car, you don’t feel like just a number- they take care of you. Plus no appointments!!! Just walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason was amazing. It’s the first time that I’ve gone there that I wasn’t forced to try and buy something else. I went in for a simple oil change and he was honest and forthright. I was in and out in about half an hour and it was probably the best experience I’ve had there yet and I’ve been there many times. He gave me good advice on my front tires which probably need replacing which makes sense, but he was super honest with the condition of my old vehicle and as a woman, I appreciate this. I along with many of my friends are used to being taken advantage of because we don’t know what is necessary with our vehicles and what is not. It’s very refreshing to have someone like Jason not take it advantage oh our lack of knowledge. I keep returning to this Mr. lube not only because it’s in my neighborhood, but because I think the franchise owner actually cares and it reflects in his choice of employees. Thank you Jason! I hope you’re there when I return after another 5000 km.

In the end I realized I forgot my wallet! He was so kind to trust me to return and pay later that day. Great visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a last minute seasonal tire change-over w/ rims and I'd recommend going here as well if you're also in that market. They were able to take me the same day and had it done in a couple of hours at an average price.
I do have a few gripes however, but nothing detrimental. The lug nuts were clearly torqued down using the "keep going until the impact stops moving" method, which brought the torque value to at least 130 - 140 ft-ibs. Ask me how I know. I also never received a call or anything when they were done with the car, just sort of let it sit there until I decided to go back. There was also black gunk (soot? grease? charcoal?) all over the rims that definitely wasn't there before I brought my car in and is a pain to clean off. I mean, the rims were literally caked in this stuff. Finally, I had to stand around for about 15 minutes when I went to pick up the car, waiting for somebody to cash me out.
I will say though, the staff were very polite and helpful with other questions I had.
All in all, experience wasn't "perfect" but hey, they got my tires on and they did a good job at that part, so fill your boots.

Bali took to the time to explain everything in detail, and I felt the place was honest and trustworthy - which is rare for mechanics, sadly.
The customer service at this Mr. Lube is excellent. Great place, highly recommend!
