V	Vendula Hrivnova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love the building, the rooms are good size. Everything is brand new and great quality. The building is quiet and very clean. The caretaker is there for you if you have any questions/concerns. She has been very helpful and another thing is there are puppies everywhere :) It is nice to have another pet-friendly building in Vancouver !!

R	Raquel Riback on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had such a good experience at Kits Walk. It’s so rare to find dog friendly apartments in Kitsilano so this felt like such a gem. So many pups in the building, along with their friendly owners who have now become friends. We find ourselves walking in Shaugnassey lots and enjoy the quiet neighborhood for evening strolls. On summer days, we conveniently wander down to west 4th and Kits Beach. Kris, the property manager, is so easy to communicate with and always responds promptly. He’s gone out of his way to accommodate us a few times and we feel so grateful to be valued and cared for as tenants. There’s been a few building managers in our time here and both have been lovely. Always around and attending to things, and always on a first-name basis. Such a good community vibe.

He describes everything detailed and I have to mention that he does things very efficiently. For my personal cause, I have to do virtual viewing after office hours, but he still spend his time to do this! This is so impressive. Basically we totally spend 2-3days to finishing viewing and lease agreement, which is saving me tons of time. The apartment is pretty nice with sufficient natural lights. After I moving in, I have to say they did security protection so well. Very excited to live here, nice comfort and quiet. Love this place!

It's right in the middle between campus and downtown, and it's extremely close to the major bus routes. You're also surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, but far enough away from Broadway to be very peaceful. We also have nothing but good things to say about Kris and Joseph as building managers. Very happy to be here :-)
M	Melisa Cecilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved here recently from Toronto and I would say that working with Kris has been helping a lot in reducing the stress from the move. He's been super patient and helpful in facilitating me and my roommate for the leasing process. The move-in process was very smooth also and we had few small issues but everything was quickly fixed. The building itself is very well maintained and well cleaned also. Not to mention it's a pet friendly building and everyone has been very respectful about their pets (no animal smells etc). It's also 5 minutes walk to grocery stores and shopping malls, 20 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to a high rated animal vet/hospital. Downtown is 1 bus away which is convenient. If anything to improve, seems like sometimes the package delivery drivers had issues with finding a way to buzz someone to drop the packages but usually one of the tenant will go down and get the packages. Overall, I've enjoyed it so far and huge thanks to Kris and Joseph for managing the property!
