Never feel the pressure of upsell or need to spend a ridiculous amount extra on things your car actually needs. Refreshing very relaxing atmosphere and just seeing the world culture and friendliness amongst the staff Makes it a positive experience. Really appreciate the great conversation with Mo and Harjot. According to my observations, they seems to be busy by moving around in the garage yet doing nothing to cars that are already in garage.drivers are tired, mechanics are in their phones. I wonder if there is a manager here. So sad, It ruining Mr Lube’s reputation.

Every employee was happy and went the extra mile to ensure costumer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mo, who was very enthusiastic and made sure I knew what was going on, what I was being charged for and made sure I was very comfortable. Highly recommend coming here!

Last visit was today to swap winter tires out for summers, with the oil change it was about half as much as a tire + oil change at Midas (tires already on rims). There was a long lineup but the staff were working efficiently and keeping track of which vehicles had been waiting the longest. Good job guys!
