★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace isn't working called and they carry parts but wont sell to me because I'm a homeowner. Says it's because of liability, whats the difference from selling car parts. Just another money grab. Everything to diagnose and repair your furnace is on a sticker on the inside of the cover, manufacturer doesn't seem to have a problem with the "homeowner" repairing their furnace.
