They have done the best work I've ever seen no matter what the materials (i.e. Brick, Block, Natural Stone, Cultured Stone etc.). I'm editing this review now because I happened to run a search on Google for their phone number because I lost it. I am very surprised by the recent reviews. The main Mason for the company is the owner and he is by far the best Mason I have ever known. It makes me wonder if these people have the right company name because there is no way that Mattson Masonry deserves anything but praise. If you are reading this and you're considering hiring Mattson Masonry. Then do not lend too much credence to the other reviews. If you contact them and want to see the pictures of the work Mattson Masonry has done for me then say that Gerry recommended you and you'd like to see some of the pictures of the work that's been done for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave Mike a chance after reading some of these reviews here, as sometimes people are not posting fair. Mike did a great job on my chimney. He also was one of the few people even answering my emails and texts send to many companies out there . I can't comment on how things hold up, but I had comments from roofers saying he did a good job. Also him and his crew are very frinedly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. When brought back to look at a chimney cap he did one year ago, he stormed off when confronted on faulty workmanship and improper technique on capping. Offered only a patch job solution which would not last as caps should. I'm now working with said client on getting this done right to prevent further moisture damage from occurring.
