I was a patient here pre-pandemic and moved to another clinic where I learned they had not even properly tested both my husband and I to assess our infertility issues. Failures at every step along the way, start to finish. Do your research: clinics have different levels of funding and criteria for funded IVF cycles. You can get better treatment elsewhere.

My husband and I had a great experience with the clinic. We receive top notch client experience from all staff. Would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Rebecca Arthur and her team. Due to your medical recommendation on the correct procedure we now have our beautiful miracle baby. Thank you for all you do to help families like mine.

i only gave one star because i had too dr Claire Jones is the worst Dr ever! not helpful at all doesn't really seem to care always pushing for an easier option her receptionist Michelle is very nice that's all i can say.. get a 2nd opinion!!!

Dr Arthur is an excellent physician and always seemed extremely knowledgeable but also compassionate to my situation. I’ve now had 2 beautiful babies from her care and am forever grateful.

MESSED UP MY SPINE during IVF! How do you get bed-ridden (for months!!!) with an IVF? Answer is – you go to Mount Sinai Fertility clinic. I was a patient of Dr. Miguel Russo, who never cared to meet or show any interest or empathy for my multiple years of 4 miscarriages. When I did get my turn for IVF procedure, little did I know that I just did not get unlucky with Dr. Russo but the whole Mount Sinai Fertility staff is incompetent. There were multiple other doctors, to name a few - Dr. Claire Jones, Dr. Ellen Greenblatt, Dr. Rebecca Arthur. 2021 Nov 24th around 11AM: Dr. Claire Jones did my egg retrieval, and she to retrieve intra-abdominally. The same night I started having lower back pain. The pain started aggravating in next few days, and my embryo transfer was performed on Nov 29th, while I was still in pain. 1st week of Dec 2021, I called Mount Sinai for severe back pain which began the day of egg retrieval and now resulting in fever as well, where I was told that Mount Sinai will not take me in because I had fever!! Dec 8th 2021: I somehow managed to go to the ER at Credit Valley Hospital, where they diagnosed infection that resulted from the IVF procedure and was given antibiotics for 5 days. Also, the embryo transfer failed with no pregnancy. I called Mount Sinai later to update them, and I was told that ER doctor was incorrect in blaming IVF for the infection, while still maintaining their claim that my back pain was not related to IVF procedure as well!! Dec 2021 – Jan 2022: Pain keeps getting worse day by day but Mount Sinai Fertility does not want to admit that IVF could have caused any issue. Jan 2022: I get pregnant naturally, and congratulations!! - now Mount Sinai Fertility has a different excuse for my back pain. My pregnancy is my blame for the back pain now. 15th Mar 2022: I have been in excruciating pain for past 3 weeks and now am bed-ridden – peeing and pooing on bed. Called 911 for taking me to ER as I can’t move at all. 16th Mar 2022: I undergo an X-ray, MRI, CT scan and many other tests, to find out that I have a bacterial infection my spine – L5/S1. And the reason for my condition is that infection has been growing and has inflamed the muscles to the extent that my nerves are getting pinched leading to immobility and excruciating pain in my legs. Things that could have helped: 1.If Dr. Jones had done a good job during egg retrieval. 2.If Dr. Russo had PAID SOME ATTENTION to my pain. 3.If Dr. Arthur HAD NOT KEPT DENYING for IVF to be reason of my back pain, and actually gotten it checked. April 4, 2022: I am still in hospital for last 3 weeks and my condition is slightly better with antibiotics that are being given through IV. Per doctors, this may take up to a year of antibiotics to recover. Staying strong and hoping that doctors would take responsibility for their actions rather than making patients as their test subjects.

We were patients of this clinic for over a year. I'll just state two things, of many that had happened: we were encouraged to proceed with SELF PAID cycle even though we had only one egg (unfortunately we didn't know better at that time and trusted our dr). On our second attempt they didn't monitor me often enough so by the time I went for egg retrieval the ovulation had happened and it was too late.

We transferred to Mount Sinai after an unpleasant experience at another clinic. From start to finish (we are discharged now) Mount Sinai delivered us exceptional care. Dr. Liu is so kind, gentle and highly knowledgeable and I felt in such good hands as a patient of hers. I had the resident Dr. Albar for multiple procedures and I have to say he is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is so kind, excellent at what he does and you can tell he cares so much about his patients and what he does. Almost all of the nurses were excellent, especially Wade :). And the staff who did my bloodwork were always so kind! Though I do think there are some area's of improvement Mount Sinai could make to make Queer couples/people feel more affirmed, I have absolutely no complaints about my medical care. For anyone looking to be connected to a fertility clinic, I can't say enough about Mount Sinai!

Thank you to Dr. Russo and the amazing team at Sinai fertility! We had our baby on Jan 31, 2022 due to a successful round of IVF! I found the clinic very easy to coordinate with and very supportive (was with them from 2017!) We will be forever grateful!
