He showed me Carfax even before I've seen the car! Everything was done as promised on the pick up day. 5 days later my headlight stop working, I called dealer and was immediately sent to their mechanic who fixed it within half an hour. When I’m purchasing or replacing a vehicle it takes me some time as I tend to choose thoroughly based on the vehicle overall, price, and also the seller. My experience was very positive with these folks (Mathew & Boris). There was a few things I listed to be fixed by their mechanic upon the final sale, and although it took a little longer than originally anticipated, most importantly- everything was done as agreed upon at pick up, & some extras found at the shop which shows their commitment to service & overall customer satisfaction!

We eventually bought my 2015 Volvo V 60 from them in near mint condition with a very reasonable price. They are not pushy whatsoever and are upfront about how much of a discount they can give you so you don't really have to worry about haggling plus the prices are really fair to start with. With the near mint condition my car was in, no accidents, one owner and 160,000 km we got a great price on it considering we search autotrader for many months with the price usually being 2-3,000 dollars more expensive for similar conditions.

More than fair finance rate considering my credit history. R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever been in my life, the old sales person dressed as a homeless was afraid to give me the keys, walked around me and kept watching me while I was checking the car, telling me to pull up the windows when I checked them if they are in working condition. I had to aske for the keys telling him it’s ok. I asked for a test drive and he said if we don’t talk money we won’t go for a test drive. I responded saying if I don’t know how the car drives and feels How can I make an offer? This isn’t Russia you clown. He also said there is still a pandemic and test drive is a problem because they have to clean the car after. His attitude was angry and disrespectful, truly unprofessional. When I mentioned that the tires were gone on the car he said every car tires are gone. I drove 2 hrs to get here to check and potential buy the car and this is the welcome what was waiting for me. I’m well educated enough with plenty of life experience to recognize ignorance and when someone is unable to be genuine with someone. I feel sorry for the next individual who ever meets this guy because he is miserable. You do not deserve to have my business or any business for that matter. I dear you to respond to me, I’m reporting you to the OMVIC for failing to follow basic procedures as being a dealer.
