We met with Ethan and he was so kind and told me all my options, which with my credit rating was alot. So I was able to get the Mazda CX that I feel on love with. I definitely plan on returning to them for my next car.

Without any communication, directly said "FAKE REVIEW...unless you are using a fake name for whatever reason."

Is this one star review so hard to be accepted and makes you just jump up like that?
The sales name was Ali and I don't remember his last name and I do not care. In conclusion, I was not happy with the experience dealing with this dealer, and will not recommend anyone to there. Nowadays I can only remember the "ripped off" feelings when I purchased my first car here.
However, their repairing mechanics did good job on the car. Reasonable price and same day finished. Way much better experience compare to dealing with their sales. But I have no idea do they open to the public or it's only for their client.

I was informed about everything, and was greatly taken care of. I had been to a few other dealerships during this process and none of the customer service was even comparable to what was demonstrated here. They made good cleaning. The car was AS IS, but I haven't found any issues yet.
I forgot to ask Alan about their branded license plate frames, but I hope Alan will read this review and give me a call, so I can come and get my frames?
