C	Christian Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, I went to KMS Auto Sales with the idea of purchasing a vehicle for the summer. When my girlfriend and I entered, we saw three employees seated at the front desk. As we approached the desk all three employees looked up at us and proceeded to talk amongst themselves, with no pleasantries or hellos. We were so excited that we just started looking at cars. After 15 minutes of walking around one of the associates asked if we needed help I told him my girlfriend and I were looking for a black Mercedes E Class 400, and he pointed to a white Mercedes E-class and told us the price and mileage before returning to his desk. About 10 minutes into looking at the white Mercedes my girlfriend and I decided to leave. The three-sales representative looked up and resumed their conversation as we preceded to leave the dealership. I told my girlfriend as we walked out that I had one more question for them. As I returned to the sales floor, I approached two of the salesmen to inquire whether they had the black Mercedes E Class 400 that they had advertised on Autotrader. one of the salesmen merely looked at me and said No! What's wrong with the white car you saw in the showroom in a sarcastic tone, then went on to say well we don't have it because it was sold two weeks ago. He then returned his focus to his coworkers. I felt like I was being stereotype and judged based on my appearance. I work in finance and have visited and spoken with several dealerships, but this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not purchase vehicle from this dealership or recommend anyone.
S	Simon Au on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely marvelous experience...always working hard to buy a dream coupe...and saw this beautiful AMG GTC with excellent price and clean Carfax...gave them a call and Sid is the man...he answered my call and let me feel like a family...I went to them with my wife and we both just fall in love with the car and their attitude...simple rules...whoever can make us satisfy...we go there...Sid is really the man I can fully trust without issue...thank you and if they ever have any other dream car I would like to purchase...I will definitely come back here and buy another dream from them!

Kyle and Sid are extremely friendly and honest. To provide me a peace of mind, Sid the owner himself drove my car to an Audi for pre purchase inspection and only to surprise the advisor of the excellent condition the car had. The delivery of my car happened to be on the day of my birthday and I was surprised to be presented with a cake, this was the best birthday experience I ever had. I called them and I was amazed to see how professional, friendly and trustworthy they are. I live far away. They showed the car with FaceTime to me. They disclosed every detail. I did the transaction remotely. They apprised my trade in without even seeing it. They gave me a fair value for the trade in. When I drove there to pickup the car with my family, They welcomed us and we felt at home. Sid and Kyle were really helpful throughout the process. He offered me a fair trade for my Toyota Rav4 and we made arrangements for me to drive from New Brunswick and pick up the new Porsche. They were waiting for me. Sid, Kyle and Ash (who was a trained Porsche expert). Paperwork was all done, temporary license in the window affixed, windshield washer fluid topped up and a full tank of gas. The car was exactly what I was hoping and their professionalism was over the top. I have made this trip a few times, picking up a new Ferrari, Porsche and Audi from other dealers in the area. These folks are by far the best of the lot and I would strongly recommend them. They not only went through the vehicle with me before my trip so I was familiar with car, but they unloaded the luggage and other things in the old car and switched it to the new one. They helped me find a hotel out of town on the way back as well as left me with a half dozen bottles of water for the trip. Needless to say, once again, if they can find you a car, do not hesitate to put your trust in them to give you a fair price, fair trade-in and be very courteous and professional. 5stars definitely. :-)

Took the vehicle (Q7) on numerous test drives and never felt pressured to make a decision. On pick up day the car was delivered in perfect condition as promised. Received a fair price for my trade-in. Sid even followed up a week after I owned the vehicle to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend KMS if you're looking for a great car, at a fair price, from very nice people.
