★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a business owner, I know how glowing and damaging reviews can be, and so except it is extremely below standard, I rarely speak about it. However, regarding this particular business brand, I had to come out of my comfort zone to do this. The owner of this store is so uncouth and extremely unprofessional to say the least. Not only is she ill-mannered, her staffs are also disrespectful. I have visited other African Caribbean stores but this store is definitely one to avoid. I will rather make my purchases at other stores and keep my sanity intact. This is definitely 0/5!!!
