Has very good deals on particular products, I only buy my Regal crackers here. $2 less than other stores. I have always found the customer service good.

Located in the Jane and Finch mall . A very eclectic store where you can buy exotic food items and skincare. This store is clean well arranged and it's easy to find things. Good customer service and it's patronized by mostly Africans and Carribean people.

Well is is lock down time I find my self spending and buying more cause it is a little store and I won't have to line up in no long line .Fast and efficient during covid time

Terrible experience, was accused of nefarious intentions by way of taking photos of their products and their prices and asked to leave. I understand that they want to keep their products competitive but the woman who accused me didn't even ask me why I was taking a picture. I was sending a message to my partner if I had the correct product. Just beware of taking any photos of their products!!!! They may assume you are up to no good.

ABUSE OF POWER This place provides the worst customer service. Firstly, I asked for two bottles of cod liver oil capsules. The cashier gave me the actual oil. I sat in my car for 5 mins and notice I got the wrong product and the manger refused to take it back stating that he cannot resell it. The bottle was not opened and the seal was not cracked. (They don’t care about the customer only their money) The manger asked the cashier if I said I wanted capsules. Naturally, she of course said no. Instead of trying to compromise the manger bluntly said he won’t make a profit from taking back the oil. Secondly, the manger asked if I HAD COMMON SENSE and if I CAN'T READ that there was no return policy. Then the cashier proceeded to return the only unopened product. She started giving me cash when i had to remind her that I paid master card. I wonder if she even heard I said I wanted capsules since she doesn’t pay any attention to her job or the customers. The cashier had a large attitude problem. She should not be working in customer service at all, especially in a highly diverse ethnic community such as Jane and Finch. Lastly, the cashier runs to the back to call security. Anyways both the manager and cashier ignores the security team. Were they trying to scare me or were this another one of their tactics to embarrass me. Frankly, I would have called the police and press charges of abuse on both of them. When I asked for the franchise owners information the manger refused and told me to call the store. I continuously asked for the number of someone of a hirer ranking than him and he refused. He then bluntly told the security team that he did not ask if I had common sense. If he didn’t say that this and would have listen to my concerns the whole situation would have been avoided. I do know for a fact that vendors do take back pharmaceutical merchandise opened and unopened. It just makes me wonder where they are purchasing it from, if its even a legal company authorized to do business. The fact the he asked me if I had common sense was unprofessional, abusive, and embarrassing. I felt like he was trying to embarrass me in front of the cashier and customers. The fact that the manger was only profit oriented, extremely unprofessional and verbally abusive saddens me to know that people like him are managers in stores and CHOOSE TO ABUSE THEIR POWER. It’s sad to know that type of abuse of power is happening especially during COVID where I’m struggling to play bills and save every penny. This is the last time I will be shopping at the store. I will be filing a report with the Bureau of Consumer Protection against this company. Lastly, I posted a Facebook review on this company and they instantly deleted the review. I took the opportunity to read the many reviews online for this establishment. They seem to have a very unprofessional approach and concentrating only on the financial business aspect, and not taking care of their customers. They seems to accuse customers falsely without finding out the fact. In fact, based on my experience, I don't think the current level of management or employees are best suited to work or operate this store. The staff, especially the management and cashier need to be educated on ethics, humanity, business management, and human recourses to say the least.
