We drove all night and reached the motel after 6 am and needed rooms till noon. We talked to the person in front desk and paid the money. We started getting calls from 10am that our reservation was till 10am and we should vacate the rooms immediately. They started threatening us if we don't vacate the rooms immediately. Then manager/owner came banging on the door and we tried to explain we have rooms till noon. That manager/owner seems Phillipino started yelling asking us to pay more money or leave immediately, started unlocking and opening the doors. Made the kids scared and kids started crying. We called the police to protect us and our kids from the management of this motel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

The suite room was nice and clean had a whirlpool tub, bed was comfy.
All rooms have patio doors .
We loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel at a decent rate for the night. Just a little out of the way it takes a couple of hours on transit to get to the airport from here so plan accordingly. The are jacuzzi's in some of the room as a nice bonus also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very quaint motel. Rooms are clean and very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
If you are wanting to be closer to the Ottawa/Gatineau city centre area then this might not be for you. It's about 35kms away.
Other than that, I recommend this motel highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After driving through heavy rainstorm and flooded roads on freeway got there just after midnight, Office was close and no answer to bell or several knocks in window iffice and door !!? Therefore I didnt get to have use of my paud reservation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the overall experience very much. The rooms are comfortable and well apportioned. One weird foible was that they did not provide body wash (only providing shampoo), but I still liked the room.
