We called ahead and were told we could pay a security deposit on our debit card as we did not have the credit card with us. Once we arrived, the clerk was quite rude and told us we needed the credit card on file. He did not offer any solutions and told us to go to the hotel down the road. I will not be making a reservation with the motel 6 again, my credit card has not be refunded yet from the original reservation

Always ask me to reset password and send me the email link that brings me back to sign in page. Not to reset password but prompt me to enter password again. It is just a infinite loop back to reset password again.
A	Anna L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!! The hotel clerk took a carbon copy of my credit card. Within an hour there were $1000 worth of charges to my card. When I called the hotel manager, Clayton about this he became very defensive saying that carbon copies are common practice in this Motel. He was rude and belligerent telling me the reason they keep copies of credit cards is so customers don't LIE and say their card was compromised. What a horrible experience.
J	Julie Sandre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All we required was a nice place to sleep and the Motel 6 in Kingston was both affordable and clean. Coffee, tea and muffins were available in the morning. Highly recommend for a quick overnight stay.
R	Rick Collins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a set of rooms, including a kitchenette suite. The previous occupants trashed the room, leaving on our arrival day. The staff sorted out an excellent solution that we liked. Easy to deal with. Convenient. Clean.

The shower didn't get warm enough to my liking, but I like hot showers so that could just be me. Some of the channels on the tv didn't work which again, didn't bother me. Could have also been due to weather. I'd have to say my biggest issues were a. I got told a different price when I called in vs what I was charged about 3 hours later when I arrived and b. While they have several amenities no longer available due to covid (morning coffee, food, laundry, etc) I suspect that was not reflected in the price. All in all, if you need somewhere to sleep and shower, it's got both of those things. If this were some kind of vacation I don't think I would have been very impressed.

The beds were comfortable. Decent sized room with all the basic amenities that you would need. The rooms and common elements were also very clean. Convenient location as it was close to the 401.
