**update** They just replied. April 17th 2022 They are looking into it. I will go there again and edit this review when I make it there next. Frustrating We visited this place during the Tuesday of March Break 15th. While I understand the need for companies to make money, especially back from lost profit during the pandemic. However I have a tough time paying the big $$$ for this place and them holding us accountable for so many rules and them ignoring the capacity limit of the area. They had both paying customers and a camp running. On top of the double standard there there wasn't enough trampolines for guest. The high numbers meant that for my expensive window of time I was waiting a long time for a opportunity to jump on a trampoline due to the high numbers. This added to the frustration. While I understand why, it still doesn't justify the double standard of holding us to the rules and yet not following the fire code. I don't want money or reimbursement. Every trampoline was filled and there were lines every area. This lasted only for an hour but our window was only 2-3 hours long. So that is a third of the time. Do better.

Have had a couple bad experiences here. First one was my sons birthday party, the staff started closing multiple areas to clean during our half hour jump time why they didn’t clean before the party and then again after is beyond me. Second experience recently we tried to use free jump passes that we received from the birthday party, when we arrived we were turned away because the kids section was booked for a party but when we booked the kids section for our party they didn’t close it and allowed other kids to come jump with us which was fine but why weren’t we allowed to jump with the party today? And our friend who wasn’t part of the party was allowed to jump because they booked a time slot online, but our free tickets won’t allow us to book online so I feel that there booking system is very flawed and in general I feel the staff typically don’t know what’s going on, Overall not impressed with this place.

Been here multiple time, since Kingston has no other options, sadly. There is always some issue with this place. They have no water fountain or free water option which for a place like this should not be allowed. If you ask for a cup of water they refuse and expect you to buy overly priced options. The front staff are mostly snarky and have attitude. I brought five kids to the park and one of them didn’t have a health card but did have a vaccine certificate, they refused to allow entry even though the health card they are looking at is one that’s under 16 and has a flower on it instead of the child’s photo so it literally did not prove that the child was even the one on the card, when they we also not looking at names on the qr code (mine was zoomed in not showing the name and they did not ask to see the name) ... so they weren’t even verifying names off heath cards just pretending to care... But they were being difficult over pettiness while pretending to “follow the rules” while NOT following the rules. Response EDIT: Stop trying to make excuses. The point of the mandate was to CHECK but your staff was NOT checking. They were pretending to check, since my barcode was cropped and didn’t show my name, and they let me in. But gave a s*it when they couldn’t see a health card to “verify” that the flower pic was the child with the bar code. You can “list the mandate” anywhere you want, if you are only pretending to check, don’t pick and choose when you “require” anything. There will not be a “next time”, 3/4 experiences have been horrible.

My daughter absolutely loves this place I just had her fourth birthday party here and she had so much fun!! As did all of the kids. It gets all of their energy out!! The staff is also great! All around it’s such an amazing place!! 100% recommend!!

The club is neat, staff polite and courteous. Be aware however if you have a smaller child over 4. I have a tiny 5 year old (just under 4ft tall). So she is too small for the main obstacle course (you need to be 4ft tall) but too old for the smaller obstacle course (you need to be 4 years old and under). So if your kid happens to be a smaller 5 year old they fall in the tiny zone of not being able to access the majority of the cool sections.

Went there today and paid $50 for me and my 6 year old son to enter. Only after paying did they inform me that he was too short for some of the features of the park. After pointing out what he couldn't go on, it really didn't leave a lot left. Compared to the Flying Squirrel in Oshawa and other trampoline parks I've been to, this one leaves a lot to be desired. My son decided he wanted to leave because the things he wanted to use the most, he couldn't. As we hadn't even touched a trampoline yet, we requested a refund. They refused. If they told us before we paid that there were things he couldn't use, we would have gone elsewhere as it's just not worth it. They didn't do that though, and then refused a refund. I will not be going back. I wasn't impressed at all by the place compared to other trampoline parks. There's far better things to do in Kingston. Don't waste your money

Will never ever come back here we drove a little over 2 hours to bring our 3 kids here. Was extremely disgusted by a staff member named Nicole’s attitude towards us! Our time started late the girl at the front desk said it’s not busy so you can stay longer. When we told her this she called us liars and was laughing in our face and making gestures to another co worker completely rude and disgusting behaviour. I had told a staff that there was a much bigger kid bullying my son throwing balls at his head and getting in her face. I had to step in at that point but the staff member gave me a who cares look And did absolutely nothing about the situation! Half the toddler area was closed so that was useless! Needless to say we will never be back with the horrible experience we had. I suggest you do the same and find a different activity to bring your children to. Edit we talked with the manager who was super caring! We are confident our next trip here will be amazing now!
