S	Shane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was a breeze, room was clean and the grounds were well kept and clean as well. I checked in late and missed dinner, though front reception was very helpful and offered suggestions on ordering in. Breakfast was a nice surprise! actual fresh made food. There wasn't many guests during my stay so it was done to order not Buffet style. Overall just a really awesome stay lol Well worth the price, I will defiantly be back for any future stays in Kingston.

J	Jaye Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ripoff! The marketing-advertising brochures glossed over the photogenic scenes! I was given a room behind the conference centre. No soundproofing! The room looked like an old university dorm room! Staff at reception was cold with unapologetic take-it-or-leave-it “It’s an old place-what-can-you-expect” attitude! Booking.com rating was surely 100% incorrect! Maybe they used bots to boost their ratings artificially! Will never believe the ratings again! I sent photos to friends, and their response “looks spooky”!

The facilities are beautiful, the food is AMAZING and there are many different rooms available to accommodate different parts of the event. When we were forced to postpone and downsize our wedding because of the pandemic, we appreciated having these multiple options. The staff, in particular Julianna, was very understanding and flexible throughout the entire planning and changing capacity restrictions, and we felt very safe COVID-wise. We had our ceremony in the beautiful courtyard, cocktail in the pub, dinner in the JD room and dancing in the pub, which has a cute terrasse. Our guests loved the venue, and it was quite convenient to have hotel rooms right on-site. We also loved that a complete hot breakfast was included with the stay ─ it allowed us to extend the celebration with our guests to the next morning! Overall, the DGC wedding package offered great value and we would highly recommend!
