Had a 1 Night stay. Everything was perfect and as expected, nothing to complain about. The rooms don't have a balcony but I guess that is fine considering the number of mosquitoes we could see outside the window. The location is great too!

Front desk staff here wonderful. Made parking on site and checking in a breeze. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the Harbour and was well kept. I would stay here again and recommend it for its central location. Proximity to bars and other attractions downtown Kingston.

My husband and I stayed for the may long weekend. Although the hotel staff were nice and friendly the hotel rooms were out dated and rundown. Bathroom shower was very mouldy paint was peeling on the ceiling in the shower. Wall paper was pealing in the room. Carpets were stained. Aqua terra restaurant was good for breakfast but dinner service was lacking and we found a bug in our salad, understanding it is farm fresh local produce but still gross. The valet Patrick although very new to the job was super friendly and greeted us every time he saw us. 5 stars for Patrick.

Hotel and stay was fantastic! The staff are really nice especially Sierra at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. She was always there to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed. She needs to teach a customer service course! Thanks for everything team!

Hotel was nice, staff were great. The room had a smell to it, maybe from sitting to long? And it was very hot! The air conditioner did nothing and no option to open a window even an inch or two ? definitely a horrible night sleep. Not the worst spot I have seen…. But definitely wouldn’t go back.

Not a good experience for a 550 cad per night stay. Checkin took long and on check out no one asked how our stay was or safe drive back home wishes etc. we didn’t get help for sofa bed set-up and tried to convince the staff to get extra pillows for sofa bed. We had booked a table for 4 at Aqua Terra at 6:30. Wanted to sit earlier. A guy gave us a hard time , somehow didn’t understand what we were talking about or wasn’t listening. Finally a lady helped us and we sat at 5:30. Restaurant and our waiter was good. Service was impeccable. But still we won’t come back. Staff at front desk need training or can move to another sector which would suit them better. As well, bed could had been made better. Also was a hectic weekend due to a hockey tournament weekend or something. We were told in room dining / breakfast needed a reservation in advance which was a new rule in my 51 year life. You should adjust your service to the new conditions and can’t change it whenever /however you want. An absurd rule on a busy weekend.

Well, the hotel restaurant is excellent. Food was prepared well, and was delicious. The menu was very limited though, so don't expect a lot of choices. They didn't even have a pasta dish, and nothing a kid would eat. Staff was friendly enough, but the rooms were sub par. I stay at a lot of hotels, for both work and personal. I picked this place based on reviews, and generally don't mind Delta hotels. I think anyone rating this place highly has never stayed at a good hotel, and is more used to motels. Peeling wallpaper, paper thin pillows. The fact that there was no tub was mildly annoying, but the shower was kind of grubby, and the water was barely warmer than tepid. To make matters worse, the room was freezing. Heat never really came on, no matter how high I set thermostat. We were brought 1 thin blanket, with an offer to change rooms, around 11pm. After a long day working, I wasn't going to pack my stuff that late. Beware, that the parking fee was 30$ . Usually for 30$ I've had valet parking. Not the case here. Pool was empty, which was nice. But the water was very cold. Hot tub jets barely worked, and the pool area is run down. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel. But it's a weird combination of decent food ( dinner for 2 180$) with a run down room at 150$ I doubt I'd return I
