I	Imane-Julie Berger-Pineault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If other complain waiting time in my case after more than 10 appointment i never wait more than 15 minutes. My new doctor find in 2 month what other doctor didn't find in few year's. So I was very satisfy.
S	Shannon O'Hara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had to take my granddaughter here twice in the last month. First time we had a male doctor who was fantastic. Today we saw their new female doctor. She is simply incredible. She made a "nervous of doctors" child completely comfortable, was thorough, caring and compassionate. If I could easily switch family doctors, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The wait both times was long but since we're utilizing the walk-in function of a family clinic, it's to be expected.
K	Kalinda Jossy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how people come here, I’ve seen 3 different doctors here and everyone treats you horribly, and doesn’t listen to anything you say, and just pushes pills down your throat. Wait times are over an hour, and the one lady at the front desk is so rude. After today I will never again come to this clinic ever again. They are a joke. Nice to know how they treat a pregnant woman in this facility. Absolutely disgusting.
E	Elaine Magdalene Montpetit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing the details of my own experience at this place.I walked in on Monday after at around 1:00pm and came thru the Pharmacy door cause I was a bit early I I only waited for around a hour or two Then my Family Doctor Raoubi seen me we talked and he helped me with medication and booked a Physical & Tests at the Lab here in town & one in St.Albert. Then if I went all set.Thanks
A	Ali Nuyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time having a very bad experience at this clinic. The wait time was more than a hr outside of my appointment. When the doctor finally came in the room he was very rude rushed and had no form of empathy, did demonstrate any active listening skills. He seem almost as though i had done something to him very personal. He rushed through my results and said my issue was a longterm one so i should "go and see my family doctor as i am not his responsibility he has his own patients to look after" So why was i seen and tests ordered by him in the first place? You should not accept new patients if you will refer them back to a family physician. Who exactly is your family physician if this clinic is in the area you live? Poor very poor service.

I was there a little after 2:30 and was turned away because the Dr. Did not want to see anymore people. Also the waiting room was empty

I called clinic 3 times leaving messages over a three week span. receptionist informing me that my messages have been flaged as high priority, knowing the urgency of my calls, only to never get a call back.
