★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so my mother and I were going to order from you. We called the lady was very polite and asked to put my mother on hold. Now we expected 5 minutes but nobody came to let us know what was up, they showed no care about us on the phone. After 10 minutes we gave up. Normally 10 minutes wouldn't be that bad if we had any idea why it was taking so long. Long story short you have been getting worse ever since you lost a few of your amazing servers. We will not be ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped in for dinner passing through Sudbury. It was really busy but I think that's because it was Friday night at 6pm. It didn't impact on the service, they were fabulous! Food was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just about had it with these chain restaurants, although compared to other restaurants the staff is always cheerful and professional, the food always is OK we had the nachos, the ribs, the chicken tacos and the garlic knots. The nachos are a serious disappointment compared to any dedicated Mexican restaurant, or even most independent bars and with the amount they cost had a SERIOUS portion issue. The garlic knots are basically what you'd get at little Caesars for a fraction of the cost, and the sad little chicken tacos and the shockingly overpriced ribs are an embarrassment for what they charge. Honestly I know I'm talking about price alot here but I really don't mind paying more for great food, the problem with Montana's is a value issue. I end up going to one of these places surrounding a theatre about once a year and I always regret it when I could have spent a bit more for real restaurant, but end up overpaying for glorified fast food! This time I've learned my lesson I am done with Montana's and won't be back. Again the service was great and the ribs although overpriced were ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great night out great food great atmosphere, can't complain at all. Our server Bridget was very friendly and on the ball 100% . We ended up having a few cocktails near the end of the evening and the drinks were mixed perfectly (ask for ashley) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello so I took my mother here for mothers day the food was amazing. We tried the sizzling tacos special and it was great... Our service was good as well. The only complaint we have is that when it came time to pay the server changed his attitude the second saw his tip amount. Just because your not tipped the big bucks doesn't mean u should be rude and comment as your walk away( thanks for the 2.00)... It shouldn't matter the amount of tip your given it should that u get one at all. We will be back but we will. refuse to be serveded by this gentleman. I work in this industry as well and I'll be luck if I walk away with a tip at the end of the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online system gave me errors, had to call in. Depending on who you speak with they may or may not be very helpful with ordering your meal as some staff have a hard time locating the combo meals menu. Had to ask for manager to help. Our order was unfortunately shorted food, also the sauces for the meats was mixed up. We called to complain and got a free side order of the missing food. This was the second time in a row our take out order was shorted (time before was missing a large order of fries. We didn't complain the first time, but now I wish we had.) Be sure to check over your take out orders VERY carefully before you leave. Food was good other then this, if not small on portions for the price.
