★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used the services over the years never any problems. This location has been great. However, this morning had the great displeasure of getting to speak with the ASSistant manager at this location, Christina. A callous, cold, uncaring individual.
I was quick to end the interaction as it was clear the ASM loved the sound of her own voice, and was not interested in hearing out the concern.
I was able to call another location and have the matter resolved, promptly, professionally and politely.
Can only hope the higher ups in management / company take a closer look at who they are promoting at these locations cause if Christina the ASSistant Manager is any indication of where the businesses standards are currently sitting customer service is clearly not a metric being valued.
