★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer clear of this place. There is something shady about Cheque N Cash. Joe and his business partner always place the onus on one another about who can make any decisions regarding loans. No one is forthright about who is actually in charge of this pay day loan company. I hit some financial hardship and Joe made a couple of "jabs"'at me about not being responsible if I can't even take care of my loan. Joe, I believe the responsible thing to do was to place a call in order to make an arrangement pertaining to my loan. No one likes being in a tough financial situation, and I don't need to be patronized and made to feel worse about not being able to pay the loan when I literally lost sleep over it. There is something shady going on with this establishment and no one seems to want to answer any of my questions. I have been in the office when Joe would become abrupt with other customers on the phone. It is clear he is very unpleasant to deal with. My goal is to pay this loan off ASAP and to take my money elsewhere if I ever need a loan in the future. Cheque N Cash has made a significant amount of money as I have renewed my loan over a dozen times. I guess one time paying late is easily forgotten to all the times I have paid on time. I would recommend going to a larger chain like Cash Money or Cash 4 You.
