★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered products online and paid for shipping. When I received my order 1 of the oils was damaged and more then half of the oil was spilled and gone. Contacted Bodega via e-mail to advise them of this and it has been over 2 weeks now and no response to my damaged product. I am trying to support local as much as I can but so far there has been zero customer service provided.

I discovered this place during COVID, so other than pic ups its hard to fully rate a place that I havent been able to interact with much. My experience with a few pick ups was variable in that I had a positive helpful interaction and another where the staff wasnt the friendliest, felt ignored and didnt look around much with her. but its covid, people are having a hard time and I'm curious to see what its like now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You never shared the winners of your contest. There is no misunderstanding. I have a response saying the 2nd and 3rd winner would be posted Wednesday and Thursday (3 and 4 days late, by the way). The winners still aren't posted. They were supposed to be posted on April 10th, it's a week later and still no 2nd and 3rd winner. When I asked the shop about this the owner blocked me, then made the account private. Terrible customer service. I don't care about the prize, I care about honesty. Keep your word. I saved the photos showing your shop responding that they would post the winners that day, with no winners posted. Next day, they respond with today we will post them, then no winners yet again. Who are the other 2 winners? Keep your word. No response about why you didn't post the 2nd and 3rd winners on April 10th? It's been 2 months with no response...

The staff at Bodega are well informed, they took the time to explain the different doses and how to treat my dog. I see a difference for the better in my dogs mobility. I am happy I bought from Bodega, I will defiantly be going back to purchase.
