★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this store and their on-line service. I am giving them a 5, but during the pandemic I would decrease to 4.5, but not really their fault. Supplies of certain items like Cat Dental Greenies have been inconsistent so I have to try other places to get them. These other sites have all had them so not sure what the issue is for Mondou. On-line service has been excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, when walking in I was welcomed and asked if I needed any help, thank you employees 9131. Consulted for the food for my dog and they carried the bag to the cash, while I got to continue shopping. And another employee that I do not know but thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was stared at moment I walked in with my husband, first time ever in the store. I am not french so took me longer to look.. I was there for 20 mins or so and in that time no one asked if I needed help. when I got to the cash I asked the cashier about her advice between cat or dog food for my Hedgehog she said cat as less grains. maybe she was in training but then other girl came up and started.. well we are not trained for those animals. well SORRY I can only have this kind of animal my husband is allergic to cats and dogs only reason I was there because of the viet diet brand. I spent 50$ and wont be back till I have too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the Vaudreuil store on March 3 2022 looking for pill pockets for my 13 year old Yorkie. There were non in stock and the sales assiciate Melody W. was so very helpful. She suggested a cat treat called CatIT and what a success for my very picky dog. Thanks so much Melody. You went above and beyond even though you say were just doing your job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, always greeted when entering the store. We had an issue with our cat not liking her dry food (weekly puking). They recommended vetdiet as a replacement. We've experienced little to no vomiting with the change. She has the occasional hair ball and eating too fast. The product is more expensive than iams or friskies but your paying for quality food which is healthier for your pet.
