★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many products, knowledgeable person in fish matters, only issue the fishes and the aquarium products were a little expensive, special the seachem brand. Second time i was very disappointed. no experience at all, i took an overprice of a reservation, Laguna bio, 36$ plus was expiring in 2 months only. the person was so ignorant. Told me not to buy if i am not happy, after i was waiting already for 2 weeks for that order. Very disappointed and i am thinking to avoid this place. Is not worth it if clients are treated with such disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy fish from here. I noticed dead fish in their aquariums, but the lady assured me that if i bought the more expensive fish there wouldn’t be a problem. I bought the expensive fish and it did in fact have a parasite. Killed my whole aquarium. My fish that were over 7 years old died in just under a week from the parasite. So disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place to get fish.. I got guppies there and it turns out the guppies had parasites in them which infested my whole tank! I told them about it and they sold me a product for the problem, which didn't even work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go away. Very Poor customer service ?.Very bad experience to me and my family. After I bought fish from there side, I called them to speak about the problem. They said they can’t do anything and don’t call here anymore, they disconnected the phone. I went there and the lady was quiet frustrated and she said to get out from the store otherwise she will call the police. I don’t know for how they are operating such type of business, if they are behaving with their customers like this. Quiet shocking and sad to say like this. ( visit Chico, at Don Quichotte- very good customer service and support).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two fish. One died two days later.
But what happened next is much worse than the dead fish:
At first, the lady in the store asked us to drive back and forth to bring the water from our house!
One small piece of advice - get the dead fish and water back together!!!
Why? The lady in the store said she needed to test the water!!!!
After driving back and forth from my house and bringing back the water
She took our water and, she dropped the test potion in the tub.
Guess what? You're right -- no surprise!
She said "Your water was not good!"
But here's the surprising part:
I asked her to test her water to see if there was a difference between ours and theirs!!!
She took the water from their fish tank and, She dropped the test potion in the tub.
Guess what? Yes, you're right.
The tests showed that the colors were the same!!!
Almost in panic, she poured water over the sink and yielded:
"Our water (in their tank) has the problem too and it needs to be changed too! "
She was so embarrassed to prove this with her own hand that she got really angry and said,
"I won't exchange your fish!! "
"That's it!"
then literally ran away!
Just leave us with the mess and dead fish ........in the darkness surrounded by all the fish tanks.......
For the record, I have all the photos taken as proof. But for the privacy of the lady, I don't want to post it here.
Good luck to anyone who wants to buy fish at this store, this is really "some" experience!
