Very nice employee helped right away with dog boots and bones for heavy chewer. She recommended a pair of boots that now fit perfectly and will make our daily walks during winter a lot more fun! She made good recommendations and gave me great tips that helped a lot! Great experience, good prices and very nice staff. ?

The prices went up a lot, i was looking at fish food, treatments and live fish. But everywhere prices goes up no? When i was back another day, the owner, a wonderful woman spoke with me about the initial review i did, 3 stars, and we look at prices and different staff. I change my rating at 4 stars because of the great team that you find there, plus the owner seems to care a lot about the business and i apreciated the way she is involved.

I got my dogs nails done today! Excellent job! Friendly staff, they were very caring towards my dogs. They also took the time to recommend products to help with my english bulldog's hair shedding issue.

The store itself is good in terms of selection and great for customer service. I am dismayed by the fact that they seem to continuously have only 1 guinea pig. Don't think I've ever seen more than just one in the cage. As herd animals, it's important to ensure they are in pairs or more for proper development and socialization. Poor thing looks depressed.

It was my first time at this store and I did what everyone does and walked in. I needed information to help stop my dog barking. I waited less than 30 seconds and the person putting away products on a ladder immediately came to see me. I told her my issue and what I tried doing. I was desperate. My dog became a hurdle in our lives. We tried many products and non helped. After talking to her a couple minutes she presented me 2 products. I asked which was the best, she educatedly explained both products. I picked the one which was most humane and she smiled and told me I picked the right one. I put the collar on my dog when I got home and let him go as I always do. As he does and does best, he started barking out of control. But within 5 minutes he stopped and didn’t bark all evening. This morning, 6:15am, I put the collar on him, as always he started to bark again, but after 30-45seconds it ended and he hasn’t barked since. The lady brought be to the cash to pay and I was greeted by another worker. She explained to me everything but in greater details and gave me a membership which gave me money back. She was the owner. I’m honestly very impressed with the high level of customer service this place has and how much they care about their customers and pets. I highly recommend this store. You’ll be guided in the right way and likely walk out over educated if you ask any questions. They aren’t there to rip you off but to explain everything correctly and guide you to the right purchase. I would have spent 500$ on a collar and I spent a fraction of that, but the results are beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this store. *** edit: I should also add that the collar price was right on par with prices on Amazon, actually 5$ cheaper. This was a win/win experience for me, not even knowing this before checking reviews and prices.
