★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disrespectful to his staff, just a salesman using pressure sales. Not customer friendly, there were sales going on and he obviously “forgot” to put it. Grumpy old man with short cricket boxes. Doesn’t even really have a variety of lizards compared to other stores in MTL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there pre-covid when they were in Verdun and had a great experience, the employee who helped me was very helpfull and gave me a fantastic customer service. But then I moved out of town and didn't get the chance to go back for a while.
Today I drove over an hour to get some bugs for my sugar gliders, the experience I got wasn't the same at all, I was served by a grumpy man who was kind of rude toward me and the other employees.
I wouldn't bother to leave a bad review if it wasn't for the fact that when I opened the container of feeders once at home I realised that the BSFL I was sold were not in some sort of sand but litterally swiming in thier dead skins with a few thousands of mites!
I had to throw the whole thing away outside to avoid an infestation in my home.
I can't believe that they were not aware of the issue and still sold them.
