Moncost

Nous avons eu droit a une expérience exceptionnelle chez mon cost. Leurs services est tout simplement incroyable. Merci particulièrement a Patrick et Jesse pour leurs assistance. Je recommande fortement moncost pour leurs choix, leurs prix, leurs flexibilité mais surtout pour leurs services.

Service impeccable. Ils m'ont conseillés de A à Z pour la rénovation de ma salle de bain. J'ai réussi à tout me procurer à la même place. Beaucoup de choix disponible dans la salle de montre. Disponible, à l'écoute et efficace. In and out en 2 heures, j'ai acheté ma vanité, lavabos, bain, douche, toute la plomberie, alouette!! En plus c'est une entreprise familiale et c'est tellement important d'encourager le local en ce moment! Je recommande fortement leurs produits et services AAA+

Je suis pas mal déçue de notre expérience. Nous ne faisons habituellement jamais de mauvais commentaire. Cependant, je veux que les consommateurs soient avertis concernant la porte de douche vendue par Moncost. Nous avons acheté d'avance la porte de douche pour des travaux qui viennent de se terminer. Quand est venu le temps de l'installation, un spécialiste d'installation de porte de douche était très perplexe. Les trous, vis, ... n'étaient pas adéquats. Impossible de l'installer. Sans parler de la dimension de la porte beaucoup trop petite. Nous avons donc du acheter une nouvelle porte de douche à un autre magasin. Des frais inutiles qu'on aurait bien voulu se passer.

France et ses garçons offrent un service remarquable et sont toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils. J'ai rénové ma maison récemment et nous avons achetés 2 vanités, 2 douches complètes, évier, robinetteries, lingeries et même fait réaliser un meubles de salle de bain sur mesure. Les produits sont de qualité et les prix très compétitifs. Le service après-vente et impeccable. Je vous conseille MonCost et EVOS. Michael (Montréal)

We purchased our bathroom vanity from Moncost and it was a great experience. It's a family run business and it shows by the amazing service provided. Jessy is the person who helped us and he was extremely helpful and patient, we're very happy with our choice. They have a wide selection of vanities ranging in quality and prices. Some are made locally made with real wood by one of their own. We also found out that they locally make custom kitchens. We'll definitely be back at Moncost for future renovations.

Terrible experience- an 8 month long saga of incompetence. I have worked as a professional architect for 20 years and was purchasing various items for a renovation to my own home. We ordered a 4' shower door and two wall-hung vanities in November with very specific instructions that the vanities they do not drill holes for faucets in the countertop because we planned to install wall mounted faucets. We were told the items would probably arrive in late January (ie- 10 weeks), 2017. Our renovations started in January. Finally May 30th, 2018 (SIX MONTHS LATER!) our shower door and one of the vanities were delivered. The vanity arrived with holes in the countertop so we had to re-do the plumbing that was already installed and purchase different faucets to work around the vanity. The shower door did not fit (less than 4') so we had to sell them at a loss since Moncost would not take it back. Moncost claimed that 4' foot shower doors ALWAYS come slightly less than 4' regardless of which manufacturer. I ended up purchasing an actual 4' wide shower door at Doraco Noiseu without any problem. We then reminded and pleaded that they make sure the second vanity did not have holes in the counter top because all of our plumbing and tiling was complete. Now end of August, 2018 (EIGHT MONTHS AFTER ORDERING!) the second vanity finally arrived WITH HOLES IN THE COUNTERTOP. The owner suggested instead of the modern wall mounted vanity that we ordered, he could send us a floor mounted rustic knotty wood vanity! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. He offered to replace the countertop so I asked him to send me a drawing beforehand. The drawing arrived and showed holes in the countertop. Are you kidding me? Owner asked us to install the vanity and promised that he would replace the vanity with the proper one that we ordered once it came in. After that he no longer returned emails or texts or phone calls. I am by nature a very patient person. But after more than 8 MONTHS we had managed to completely gut our house and build a new extension yet we could not get a shower door and two vanities to be provided as specified. Now we are stuck with a vanity with holes in the countertop at both sinks in our kids' bathroom and we have to be very careful that our kids do not to get our bathroom counter wet where the sink is. Deal with this company (they are related to EVOS Boutiques) at your own risk. Don't say you weren't warned. I'd give it zero stars but google will only allow a minimum of 1 star.
