Compagnie à éviter. Conducteur malhonnête et profiteur. Je n'ai pas remplie de constat à l'amiable ni appeler la police dans l'espoir de pouvoir régler ça à l'amiable (grave erreur) suite à un accrochage dans lequel je n'étais pas responsable ( le chauffeur transportant les véhicules ne sait même pas rendu compte qu'il m'avait accroché avec sa remorque) Résultat : le conducteur dis que je lui ai reculé dedans ce qui ne fait aucun sens et je dois faire des démarches avec la police pour accéder les caméras de surveillances afin de prouver mon innocence. En bref, comment faire confiance en une compagnie pour transporter des véhicules de valeurs quand leurs chauffeurs sont incompétents et menteurs?

Really apricated there attention to detail and how they explained every detail of shipment. They were willing to work with my Budget as well. Always followed up with me and gave me updates everyday. Will most definitely use there service again. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!

While driving on I-95 interstate an irresponsible and careless driver of a rigger truck loaded With seven luxury vehicles pulled behind me so close, that made feel threaten. This incident happened on Monday, Sep. 27, 2021 just north of Saint Augustine, Florida. This driver had no need to get this close to me when the other two traffic lanes were empty. The worst part of the situation is when I called the truck company which is based in Quebec, Ontario, Canada and got no response. We do not need criminals from another country come to our country and do as they wish. I hope my effort produces a positive result, so that other drivers are not put into a potentially harmful situation.

HUGE LET DOWN IN SERVICES! I have never written a negative review in my life but after the amount of stress caused by Transport Elegance, I felt the need to share our experience. We used their services to transport our car from Deerfield Florida to Montreal this past April. The reservations were made in January of 2022 which included a $300 deposit. As we were getting closer to our departure date, we made several attempts to contact this company to confirm and finalize our reservation. This company is impossible to reach, all their telephone lines go straight to voicemail and to make matters more frustrating, their inbox are completely saturated. One week later, by a stroke of luck, we were finally able to speak to someone in charge of the snowbirds department. We were told not to worry , our reservation was in their system and that someone would contact us shortly to finalize our booking. A representative called 2 weeks later and confirmed a 4pm pick the day before we were scheduled to fly back home. Despite having confirmed a pick up time, the driver never showed up at 4pm nor did he call to advise us. After patiently waiting for over an hour, we tried calling to get some news but of course, our call went straight to voicemail. Coincidently, we called back later using an unknown number and a gentlemen answered the phone. I politely asked him if the car was going to be picked up and explained to him that we had an early morning flight and that it was imperative that the car be picked up before our departure. That’s when he started to become extremely rude and saying that I’m not the only customer, that he is swamped with work and that he would arrive in one hour ( bringing us to 7pm). When he did show up, he asked me to fill and sign a bunch of documents (in a hurry) that should have been sent to us prior so that we could calmly and collectively fill them out. The car was scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Again, disappointed when Thursday evening came along and no car! We called and left a message but no call back. On Friday morning, We were able to get in touch with someone and they confirmed that the car arrived and would be delivered between 11am-1pm. At 1:30pm still no car. The car did eventually arrive, but only at 4pm. If this situation wasn’t challenging enough, we were charged an extra 15% fuel surcharge without any prior notification. This company is totally unprofessional and offers no support. We will definitely take our business elsewhere!!
