I have done quite a bit of shopping from here and have been so pleased with the service and outfits..they have been so accommodating and friendly each time I drive there from Richmond. Not pushy and great new variety every time I go.

The daughter is very rude and does not have good customer retail service skills. Seriously, do you want to bring customers in or have everyone pushed to go to Surrey for shopping? And considering a major amount of people now order online and are getting the same clothes for less than half of what you guys sell for, not a good idea to be rude and give poor service.

Oh my god !! What a horrible place and what a pathetic customer service . I was given suit last week as a gift on my mother in laws funeral . In East Indian culture it’s a ritual to receive suit on mother in laws dearh you are suppose to wear that suit. My family from Edmonton bought that suit from this place . When they bought the suit they made it clear that it is a gift and they wanted to make sure it can be exchanged. They were told that it can be exchanged no problem. Not cheap suit it was for $150 .When I received the suit , I knew that I will not be wearing that . It was not my colour and size,my family said i can exchange it no problem that’s what they were told . We live on Vancouver island , it takes all day to go back and forth to abbotsford.i had exchange the suit, because I had to wear as per the rituals .when I went to exchange it , rude girl at the front said they can’t exchange . She said I will ask my mom but that’s the rule we don’t exchange ready made suits . I kept saying to both mom and daughter that I received this suit as gift on my mother in laws death, I need to exchange it so I can wear it .also the reason I came all the way from Vancouver island is because you guys said it can be exchanged no problem. They said they fired two employees, it must be those employees who gave the wrong information. Never did they attempt to check if I was a genuine customer . I wasted lot of time , they had no answer to the question that why will someone make a full day trip to exchange something, when they have no exchange policy for ready made suits . If their employees are giving wrong information then that’s the owner’s problem, not mine. I am shocked that Indian community in abbotsford gives them business . They are running business like they are in India . I urge to all Indian community please please stay away from them . I wasted all my day travelling to abbotsford and still end up with a suit which I can’t wear . This place has no customer service , no ethics , no morals . Young rude lady said that all Indian customers lie they wear suits and return . Something I have never heard any business ownner saying to the customer. They don’t deserve to be in business . I just hope that no one else has the same bad experience like me. Please stay away from this place ..

Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating... Pricing is reasonable too..the tailor is amazing, he had my outfit made from scratch in half a day n did an awesome job of it.. thank u sooo much... definitely recommend them...

They ripped me off big times. Mother used to be good but the daughter was over smart, charged me way more even in taxes. I will never go back.

Very impressed with the customer service they provide, friendly staff! They helped with some last minute outfits and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Very rude people. We bought lace and materials and when we got home the lace wasn’t in the bag so we called them and asked where it was and she’s like it fell on the ground lol. She didn’t even tell us or call. So we had to drive all the way back to get it. Right now I’m in the car after getting our measurements and she couldn’t find the sheet it was written on. Low and behold! It was on the ground! It sucks so much because there’s no other place really offering the same type of business.

Worst customer service ever. The lady was soo rude when I asked if she had a specific color of fabric to match a suit, she didn't even look and said she doesn't have it. Do not come here because its a waste of time, they will not help you. I also came all the way from surrey so for me I've been to many Indian clothing stores but never had such rude and bad customer service. If i could give 0 stars I would, even negative stars is what they deserve.
