โ โ โ โ โ I bought some trim from this place...came back a week later to buy same trim and guy charged me 125% more for the same trim. I showed the old receipt and asked if there may have been an error, guy behind counter murmered something in Chinese and then said to me the price went up. 125% increase in 1 week!! yeah right...if you're not Asian don't shop here...they don't appreciate you're business.

โ โ โ โ โ Great service and low price! They have more than 60 different colors of hard wood for selection, so I spent nearly an hour to make decision. But the saleslady never loses her patient and keeps giving me advices. When installation, those contractors are also very professional and experienced! Because Iโm rushing to move in, they even work over time to finish the project early! Really appreciate their brilliant work! Recommend to everyone!

โ โ โ โ โ We had a very positive experience dealing with Molson Flooring. Right from the time we entered the store to select our 2nd floor hardwood to match our main level the sales associates helped us with suggestions and offered us competitive prices.
Wendy, especially was professional and courteous. We took their installation services too, as she was very clear in and breaking down and pricing each task involved like carpet removal/disposal, Hardwood installation involving nosing work, transitions, shoe molding. She spelled it out in a contract leaving no ambiguity. She set out a date in advance for the work.
The hardwood and other materials were delivered 3 days before the installation for the wood to acclimatize to the house temps. Their team arrived very punctually on the date of installation. The guys did a neat job without fuss. She had told me 3 days installation time for 1100 sq.ft but they finished in 2. We were impressed. Left no room for us to complain. Although their installation team weren't very good in English communication but Wendy was doing it for us through messages very promptly.
I would highly recommend them for your flooring choices as well as installation

โ โ โ โ โ Not professional enough when they face customer.. My friend recommended me this place, but unpleasant experience for me. They are busy and they don't help you. You have to just there without any welcoming words. Just go another flooring places around.

โ โ โ โ โ The tile is directly from Amazing Flooring. Molson charge $140 for delievery. It is fair to deliever from Markham. But Actually it is from Brampton. Please be very careful if you want to purchase from this store. Many tricks and traps.

Wendy and Celina were throughly supportive, professional and worked hard to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. This store would be my first stop for anything I need in the future relating to flooring. Thanks Wendy and Celina

โ โ โ โ โ Total crooks! Gave us different tiles and colors (took the pictures from same camera). See the pictures attached. They keep saying they are same tiles. Also 25% restocking fee even the boxes aren't open. Lastly, the staff was so RUDE!!! Very dishonest!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very friendly and experienced staff, we bought all our floors and tiles here. They provided a lot of great suggestions for us and help us to get what we want at the best price.
We were so struggled about the tiles in the first floor and washroom. The staff showed us most of tiles at store and also told us the advantages of tiles from different brand.
Easy to communicate and book the pickup time, highly recommend this place :)
