★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store about a month ago to buy a new pinion for my RC car. Being new to the hobby didn’t know much about the hobby but other stores have been pretty helpful with guiding me into the right direction. Went in and went to the rc counter with my old pinion and ask if they had another one. The guy working the counter gave me a lot of attitude saying “Do you know how many teeth it has?” And before I even responded he said “I’m not gonna count that”. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he was just having a rough day and told him, and walked out with the part I needed. Today my little brother goes into the store looking for parts for his RC car, same guy working the counter, and he told me he had the same amount of attitude. Funny that a guy who job is to sell literal TOYS can give so much attitude to people, even to younger kids. Don’t know the guys name but based off of other reviews his name might be Dave. He likes to give off the impression that he knows everything and that you know absolutely nothing and that you greatly inconvenience him by even talking to him. I enjoy going to the store and looking at all the rc stuff they have in store, but that guy really ruins the whole shopping experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the broadest selection of models I have ever seen in my life. The row of tanks was up to the rafters. So much stuff. Some of these sets have been on the shelf a while, so there are some hidden gems in there. Staff is super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for hoobyists. They have everything from tools, paints, cars, planes, gundam, rc, tools, drones, and more. Make sure to check out downstairs for the gundam. The staff is very friendly and so are the customers. Be aware it is cramped in there but it is a fun experience none the less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good selection of models. I build 700 scale ships. Unfortunately here, you pay through the nose for them. How kids or low income people can afford them, l have no idea. As a kid l could work a couple hours and pay for my next ship model. 60 or 70 dollars for one now is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past 25 or so years I have been going to Modelland and have always had a good experience. This hobby shop is over stuffed this items that all hobby enthusiasts want and need If it’s not in the store they will get it for you. I have take a few things ( RC STUFF) to be fixed or I need help with and the assistance I have received has always been first rate. Also I have never had any difficulties in returning something that didn’t or was not what I wanted Staff has always been great. But I must admit the Garret can be a little short on word and looking grumpy but he always means well and will do his best to get you what you want. I have been in the RC hobbies for over 60 years and this is up there with the best Hobby Shop I have ever had the pleasure of going to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for hobby supplies and model kits. I went in hoping they'd have some airbrush stuff and maybe a few paints, but I was blown away by their Vallejo selection. Got everything I needed to start airbrush priming, and got a couple more paints. Will definitely be my go to for model paints.
