★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam totally set me up w screen protector & phone case... made my cell look like brand spankin' new for next to nothing! Really took the time to make sure everything is perfect. Thought I might want a new phone this coming year but now I definitely won't need one for another year or two. Thanks Sam!! And for the love of God people BUY THE SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sam tended to my granddaughter and I regarding an issue we were having with a phone that had been wiped and reloaded with info fro our other phone. He was very kind; patiently listening to the issue ( Telus across the way basically told us to go away even though they were the culprits for the unsuccessful wiping! )
I highly recommend SAM for his courteous service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Mobile Q today and was attended to by a fellow named Sam. Nice guy . Quick prompt service and knowledgeable about all the cases phones etc. that he sells to the public. Anything you need for your cell, this guys the guy. Sam gets a thumbs up from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was extremely helpful. My old phone would no longer charge and I didn't want to lose my photos and videos. so he offered to transfer them to my new phone. It took longer than we both expected but he stayed there for an hour after closing with me. Will definitely go back for any future cel phone needs.

Sam is incredible, ready to service and ready to make sure the customer’s needs are met. Kind, capable and patient. Prices are fair and competitive. Totally recommend the place... shop local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a rare thing to find a mobile store with honest, customer-service focused staff and ownership. My wife and I were struggling with an issue that was no fault of the store but Sam and his team blew my mind with how far above and beyond they went to take care of us. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their great products, but mostly for their integrity and focus on customer care. A rare find in retail these days. Will send all of my friends and family in the future.

Pretty much every accessory you could possible want, in one place, plus guys who understand the potential problems that come with owning a Mobile Device, especially Cell Phones. From Screen Protectors to New phones.
Amazing selection of covers. I watched one of the guys, Sam, actually dismantle, repair, and put a phone back together. He told me he can do that with pretty much any make of phone? I have never watched that being done before. He was like surgeon.
Anyway, this is definitely my new go to place for ANYTHING to do with my phone, or just info I need. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable. I only dealt with Sam, so can only comment on him, but I would imagine all of them would be good at what they do, or will find a solution if they are unable to help you right away. This location is well organized, and easy to walk around safely, and find something you like.
