★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exercising is not my favourite activity, however the ‘family’ vibe I have at Live Well makes it fun to attend. The staff are all very well trained, and cater my fitness regimen to my unique needs. The facility is bright and clean, with ample free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joining Live Well was the best decision I have made in a long time. This year I wanted to become a better version of myself and Live Well is helping me achieve my goal. It is much more than exercise, there is a strong sense of community, education and genuine caring by staff and other members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only exercise program I've ever stuck to for more than a year! It's a great environment to work on your own program, with assistance when you need it, in the company of others. It's like having a personal trainer for about a third of the usual price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never liked or wanted to exercise but everywhere, there is always this nagging reminder that I need to exercise. After years of attempting various ‘ultimately failed’ approaches - at last there is success! Live Well is a first for me. For the past year I have actually enjoyed exercising twice a week at Live Well in New Westminster under the direction of supportive, personable and certified Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEP) who are genuinely engaged in helping myself and our small group work toward achieving our goals. Equal to or better than a personal trainer plus lifestyle education this is the best for a whole lot less. Owners Brian and Amanda are authentic, caring people. It is great to be a part of this community. It’s been a game changer for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live Well is without doubt the best gym experience I've ever had. I'm NOT athletic, but I recognize the need to achieve and maintain a fit body, especially as I age. Live Well's well-educated staff provides me with the training, monitoring, and feedback I need, without any negative or critical comments. Their on-going education (via e-mail and in the gym) and encouragement is a boon for people like me who are a little reluctant to undertake revamping their health.

I've been a member for 3 years now, and have never before been part of a health community that is so much fun, so supportive and so encouraging. The staff are absolutely first rate and genuinely care about us, and the owners are involved and dedicated to helping their clients thrive as much as their business. I'm healthier than I've been in years and much of the credit goes to the support of the team at Live Well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Livewell practices mirror what is important to me in my journey to better health. I have followed the New West location from closed Coquitlam office. The staff are amazing( & fantastic. Darren + Ryley- my session motivators) Professional, happy, interested in client care, knowledgeable, , corrects form in a polite way and do not hover when we are working out.The staff have taken good care of me and my monthly fee is money well spent.?☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down the best exercise facility. Whether you are capable, recovering from something or just plain old aging, this is the place to go. Individual plans, 100% attention, regular reviews, clean - I can’t say enough about how the LiveWell classes have improved my whole families well being. Myself (knee difficulties), my husband (just getting older) and our daughter (just had a baby) all go and all love it.
