I had been there for 5months before pregrancy and after 9mons delivery. It helped release my back and shoulder pain. I also been rmt and chiropractor but pilate help build up my core and release the pain for long-term. Min, she is very well knowledgeable, definitely recommend to come try pilate!

I have an office job which requires me to spend most of my day sitting in front of a desk with a computer. Like most people who have desk jobs I've been struggling with shoulder and neck pains for a long time. A friend of mine recommended Pilates to attend to the problem 4-5 years ago, and that is when I started Pilates with MK. First few months, I didn't know what I was doing; but class after class, I started to understand my body better - how all body parts are interconnected and how I should move my body together. Shoulder and neck pains were getting alleviated as my posture got better. My friends and family noticed and commented on the change in my posture as well! To me Pilates is more than a workout or an exercise. It's like a preventive therapy that I believe everyone should practice for a lifetime. And I rave about Pilates to anyone I meet hoping they would experience the change as well. Min has been teaching me since the day 1. She is an amazing and passionate teacher who truly cares about your progress. I have great respect for her knowledge and teaching skills. I wish I had more free time to attend more classes!

First time When i met kinesiologist Luke, I’ve been working as marine mechanic for 3 years and was suffering from elbow and shoulder pain due to too much strenuous motion. Was not easy to grab anything because of pain so got physio, acupuncture & steroid shot for treatment but just only released pain little bit not getting better. To make things worse, after getting an car accident, not only my elbow and shoulder but my whole body was so critical. EMS training, it was not familiar to me and i was little bit in doubt first time about β€˜getting better’ despite of kinesiologist Luke’s explanation how it might work for my body and pain. So now? It’s incredible! Ive been working out with him only for 4 months. My physical strength and ability were so much improved and of course, was the worst thing, my elbow and shoulder pain was so much getting better! It’s always exciting lesson because Luke introduces lots of modified(but more efficient and powerful) ways of training and he’s so talented to explain so easy about theory of mechanism between your body and training. I was never type of person who like workout or exercise but after meeting Luke, i can’t wait until next class. Do you have any pain on your body? Or looking for physical strength? Go and meet Luke. Never disappointed.

I started Pilates because my body was out of balance due to a car accident and there were a lot of sore spots. After I started Pilates, my body balance and muscle strength improved significantly. The range of shoulder movement has also been greatly improved. Pilates is the best workout I've ever done. Especially, MK instructor is the best Pilates instructor of my life.

I started having workout sessions from Luke and Suzi and my lifestyle has totally changed. I had sedentary life style with chronic back pain and always felt tired. But, I’m now feeling super energetic and my pain and stress have been relieved. Luke is super passionate, humble, a great communicator, and amazing at what he does. I was initially skeptical about active rehab via EMS training, but gained so much strength and knowledge on how muscles work. Suzi is fun, caring, and knowledgeable instructor. She often spends extra 5-10 min and teaches me few exercises that I can do at home to help with my chronic pain. Plus, I always get positive energy from her. I highly recommend them!

I'm so thankful that I met Luke. Hands down the best instructor that I've had. Professional, knowledgeable, and passionate. He truly cares about his clients and their progress. After I started working out with Luke, my shoulder pain has gotten significantly better. Whether you are looking for a good kinesiologist for rehab or a personal trainer that will help you make stronger, I would 100% recommend Luke. (PLUS I love the EMS machine the studio uses)

I have suffered sciatic nerve pain right side of the body over 15 years. I tried many physiotherapy sessions and yoga classes. I regularly took a pain killer. One of my colleagues referred this studio for a Pilates which I had never tried before. I had doubts that will really help for sciatic pain but I gave it a try. I took private sessions, honestly after few sessions I saw big differences not only reduce the pain but also correct my posture. The studio is clean and cozy, staffs are very friendly. I am satisfied 100%!!
