Such a bright, welcoming location and the owners, Chris and Erika are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you always have a great experience. From RMT, chiro, pilates, etc....not to mention the lovely front desk ladies, I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for helping me get back on my feet! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bondar is a very well knowledgeable therapist who has helped me tremendously after my car accident about a year and a half ago. She has made my everyday life easier after her treatments. I’ve been going through excruciating back pain before that until I started coming to her. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs treatment from her.

She is really professional and has great knowledge.?
I get her various exercise tips from her, and I think she knows my body better than anyone. She teaches me the exercise techniques I need. She is really kind and a great adviser.
It is the first time that a such clean, bright and friendly clinic for me.?
I promise that you will be healed in body and mind the moment you enter this place!!!
