FRAUD!!!. Blank voicemails, when I called back and they finally answered, they claimed they never called and don't know anything. Multiple calls per week, all exactly the same

Why would anyone deal with such a scummy company. It is plain to see from their ratings that they do not deserve to be in business. One has to desperate to work there. Check the number of complaints and review with the Better Business Bureau.

Kept calling and leaving messages for a Samuel. My voice mail clearly said who and what I do, I had to finally call them to ask to have number removed from their list. Said Sorry for the inconvenience and they will no longer call this number as it’s been recycled. Oh iF their is a Samuel reading this pay your bills..

Called me today to tell me i owe $800 to a PAST insurance company. I told them 2 different adresses ive lived at before when they asked for a "security question" after both of those being wrong, they asked if ive lived at a different one. Totally a scam, just block the number and ignore !!!

MJR Capital Services Inc. are fraudulent and are scammers. They claimed that RBC vendor was demanding the total of $3573.91 for settlement. But After making full amount of $3573.91, it turned out that the RBC was only asking for $2573.91. They collected total payment of $3573.91 from me. But issue the receipt of $2573.91. The additional payment of $1000 was scammed from me and was undeclared. I have been asking for the receipt of this payment from them in the past 3 months, they keep transferring me from one line to another, they refused to issue receipt for the total payment that they collected from my credit card. They refused to accept the fact that they collected additional $1000 from me. CRA needs the receipt of this payment from me to complete their review process. But MJR are not willing to issue receipt for the payment they claimed from me. They only issued a released letter in the amount of $2573.91 which was partial payment, not the full amount. This is a fraudulent and terrible company that scammed me of my $1000.

I have been dealing with this company for a bit now. The guy I spoke to is very rude, and says he's been trying to contact me for months...THEY HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBERS for me, 2 actually. The people at this company have no compassion for anyone. Basically called me a liar when I told him I'm working on it and banks don't take their time helping people. Oh how I wish I could take him to court just for making me feel the way he has.

As far as I understand they are not quite collections. If you look at there website, they are an early out collection and first party outsourcing firm.. which means they are trying to get a payment on an account that is not yet elligable for collections (they are basically hired to do what the origonal company does when they are tired of calling) your account is not in collections if mjr is calling. They wont explain that to you though because they want you to pay. The account is still active with whoever owns it and you still can pay your normal account. Companies hire mjr to Harras you, scare you, and collect a payment in full with no options for repayment over time. If you tell them you can't pay they will tell you your are going to be sued (which I believe is just a tactic they use, there are steps they legaly have to take). Whoever is working for this company is definitely the kind of person that is fine with intimidating you and has clearly no respect for other people. They will also try and transfer you to a loan company directly that will most likely charge you upwards of %50 interest on a new loan used to pay your current one, which is clearly a terrible idea LOL! And completely unprofessional for a a credibal company to course you into another high limit loan to satisfy there own needs. Anyways, they are legit, i spoke to the company they were calling on the behalf of, but again, it's strange that the account was only closed, it was not in collections, they were just harassing for the balance to be zero emidiatly. But all this being said... don't ignore them, just don't give them any money directly, just pay the company your debt is with if it's the same situation. Paying it quickly as possible will actually show on your credit report as payed as promised and won't hurt your credit.

SCAM COMPANY. Constant calls all hours of the day saying I owe money for insurance I haven’t had in 5 years that I most definitely do not owe money on. (Have proof from insurance broker) When I say I don’t owe money they yell and demand “I pay them or else” they won’t stop calling then hang up on me. Number spoofing all over Canada from BC to PEI. I have made it clear I want them to stop harassing me before they hang up on me just to call me from a 3 different numbers the next day. I will be contacting better business bureau and getting these scammers dealt with.
