I really appreciate the front staff too, Parveena always helps me a lot with booking my appointments and she is very polite. I highly recommend going to MJ pHysio.
T	TJ Chopra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to appreciate the ongoing treatment/ services provided by RMT Olena Ignatyeva for my car accident injuries. She works at the Bear Creek Plaza location of MJ Physio clinic, Surrey. Olena is an excellent massage therapist and knows her craft well (even carries some handheld equipment that she uses to release tension/ stress off the strained tissues/ muscles). She is very professional and does her best to make each session count. What also works well for me is the fact that I get a chance to talk about my injury issues in depth, to which she listens patiently and educates me accordingly to help me better understand the pain triggers. Additionally, she never misses a chance to cheer me up when I feel overwhelmed due to persistent pain or overall low state of health.

Physiotherapist Was very friendly and explained the problem in detail. Dr krishna is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my shoulder , but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment.

Kudos to the PT Krishna, RMT Shanta, KIN Pavan and their front office staff (Parveena, Simran, Pawan and others)! Considering the ongoing covid-19 situation, this clinic and its staff stand out in terms of cleanliness and essential sanitizing procedures. My daughter and I have been visiting this clinic since 2020 for treatment of car accident injuries (persistent mid and lower back pain, wrist injury, neck and shoulder pain, and post-concussion symptoms). All therapists are working well on our recovery plan, including customizing our treatment plan from time to time. We find them compassionate in addition to being experienced at their work.

She provided good advice about my posture correction and after 2 sitting I felt lot better. She did acupuncture in my last sittings that really helped me to relive the shoulder pain. I will recommend MJ physiotherapy for all your health needs. Kudos to all MJ physiotherapy staffs.
J	Jian Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started the acupuncture treatments with Dr. Chen-ling Yeh (Jenny) in October, and I am very happy with her. She is very professional and friendly. I noticed the improvement after the 1st session which was a miracle. Other staff in the clinic are very nice as well. The front desk checks everybody's temperature before the admission which gives me a peace of mind in the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Yeh to you when you need treatments for whatever reason.

My wife had always got her treatment done by PT Krishna for her amazing experience. So, today we booked at the Bear Creek branch with PT Krishna for my wife. After reaching there with great difficulty in this heavy rainfall with a small baby, we faced a bitter disappointment. On arrival the receptionist is now telling us that PT Krishna is not available due to an emergency. I asked the receptionist that why she didn’t bother to inform us earlier. She replied saying she assumed that we would be ok with another physiotherapist. I told her that she should never assume situation and should do her basic duty by calling the respective clients of any physiotherapist if they had to go home for any emergency. It should be our call if we want to reschedule with someone else. They were offering a male physiotherapist, but my wife only prefers female PT. After we came back home with no therapy and my wife is suffering in great pain now, the receptionist of MJ Physio Beer Creek called me to justify her actions and not doing her basic duties accordingly. I hope in future they will have a better system for emergency situations of No Show PT and will value clients precious time. PT Ram and PT Krishna we like you both, but please educate your receptionist to be more professional and not chase us by calling and justifying her actions of missed responsibilities. Hope you will read this concern.
