Best experience I ever had. Receptions ladies are patient and friendly. Dr. Ajit is professional and respect his patients

They are very professional, I would mention Jaya ,she always provide great service. Dr Ghazali is a good doctor who really take interest and listen to his patient concerns and provide right advice.

Zero regard for people's time - Receptionists can make you wait for more than an hour even if you have taken appointment. Doctor Baruha is good but the front line (receptionists) need to be better organized and professional.

Waiting from last 1.5 hours with appointment and doctor is still busy dealing with other patients . Went to front desk and receptionist just to ask why there is so much wait and AMAN was very rude to me . She was not at all polite and was showing attitude for no reason. I dont have any issues with Dr ajit and jaya the receptionist as they have always been really nice and polite . They are best. But please teach aman to be polite to the patients if they ask why there is a wait. She needs to be professional. Also my friend had same issue with Aman.

Civic clinic inappropriately tried to charge me as a non-Canadian, didn't call me back multiple times when they said they would, and refused me healthcare for 2 weeks. They were also polite while doing a demanding and difficult job. Dr Ajit is very pleasant, but I worried about the quality of care I received from him. Details: Civic clinic had difficulty charging my Alberta health card for several doctor visits. They called me and demanded that I pay them $400 cash in person for the cost of the visits. They didn't know why my health card wasn't working. Their check suggested that it should work, but I was banned from seeing a doctor until I paid them the cash. I spent hours on hold over 5 days calling Alberta Health Services. When I finally got through, they said that there was never anything wrong with my health card and that it should work fine. I could pay the clinic Alberta's rate (less than $400) and Alberta would reimburse me. I called the clinic back and said that I would pay them Alberta's rate, and we'd fill out the form so that Alberta reimburses me. At first they still wanted the $400 cash payment, but then said that they would call me back. Several days over the following week I called them because I wanted to know my test results, I really wanted to see a doctor. Several times they said they would call me back, but didn't, until the end of the week. They called announcing that my Alberta health card worked, I could now book an appointment. They never apologized. They are very busy, they are doing their best, but I am worried that a vulnerable person, a new Canadian... Basically someone who isn't an entitled white person like me, will be pressured into paying inappropriately for health care. That's a big deal and they didn't acknowledge it. So through this review, I'm giving them the feedback more loudly. Dr Ajit is very pleasant and friendly, I really like him as a person, he works very hard. I believe that I have serious knee problems, he didn't think that they were as serious, but he did agree to refer me to a surgeon. He also referred me for an MRI even though I had told him twice, at 2 visits, that I already had an MRI. Communication didn't seem clear. He suggested that I lose weight to help my knee. My BMI is normal, but he may not have known that, since he didn't weigh me. I have since changed family doctors and clinics, and feel much better about my health care.

Worst experience. I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr ajit is the worst medical practitioner I have ever encountered in my life. He is very rude , harsh and disrespectful. I went today to the clinic was made to wait over an hour even after booking the appointment 1 week in advance. The doctor ajit refused to recognize me as his patient in the first place and seemed so lost . He was not ready to listen to my concern and without even diagnosing or asking any questions started typing In the Computer and when asked to listen to my concern got upset and rude. Is this how a medical he practitioner should behave.on top of that started blaming me for no rhyme or reason. Planning to go ahead and file an Offical complaint..please refrain from this clinic as there are many clinics and courteous doctors in surrey.

Doctors are great but they really need to hire better front desk workers. No one picks up calls. Always hold times. Even in person you can be standing at the front desk and no one will great you. I feel like if it was up to the front desk ladies they would have hold music on at the office as well. One of the ladies in the front seems like she’s the main one… she’s very rude. Also they have 3 ladies working at once time to make it productive maybe have different lunch breaks… so you don’t have patients holding for no reason. Just really bad front desk management. I feel if they had better staff up in the front this would be one of the best clinics in Surrey.

Reply to the owner: Thanks for the response by the owner. I am happy to see a positive change for this issue. As I mentioned earlier, there was no issues with the doctors, but with the time management. Thanks for working towards solving this issue. My original review: 'Doctors are good(so far). But the time management is extremely unprofessional! 9:30am appointment and doctor came around 10:50am! We understand the busy schedule of the doctors. But the patients visiting the clinic also have schedules and value for their time. It's not the first time, I'm experiencing this. Administration should strongly consider to provide proper timings for patients. It's ok for a 10 minutes waiting time. More than that is not appreciable.'
