He contacted this store and immediately every care was put into getting 2 pairs of shoes for him to try on. My husband was called immediately when they came in store and happy to say hes thrilled with his new pair of shoes. I was very impressed with the customer care and attention to detail. If you need help this is the place to go. Store inside and out is incredibly clean and has interesting displays, work wear and safety wear. Staff is on hand immediately and knew my husbands order right away. Thank you so much, it means alot!

She knew everything there was to know about each boot that I inquired about. At the end of the visit she threw in a pair of complimentary merino wool whicking socks (I purchased boots, insoles, and a pack of wool work socks). Especially as a female shopper, I was impressed with her customer service. It was actually the best experience I've had purchasing work boots (and I've bought many workboots over the years and I can say that it is a frustrating process as a female with a boot size that most companies don't manufacture for). I highly recommend going here to buy work boots and work clothes, especially for female shoppers.
