Scam artists - apart of the garrison point condos development and straight up didn’t finish construction on the building before relinquishing keys, collecting money from tenants but refuse to come finish the building + landscaping. They promised false lies and keep ignoring owners follow ups. How has someone not sued this company yet?

Horrible experience! Still finding issues that they wont fix!!! Do not buy from them. Field staff are rude and have very poor customer service! They are useless!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Can’t get ahold of a single person to find out important information after purchasing a condo. Not one person can return my phone call. Been trying to get a hold of someone for months. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business fernbrook homes.

I received a new home from 16 days ago, I contacted HCSI for the water tank for service but they asked me to give them my credit card information first, and they didn't give me any information about the contract duration, the monthly payment, what are services included & what are not included, when I asked to transfer me to any manager, she told me there is no manager, and go to your contract between you and the builder section # 6, and she didn't help me at all, that is why I feel I am in trap, just they need the money before any thing, I contact Frenbrook (the builder) by email, and he back to me they will call you, They called me and sent the contract, I Shocked because I found a big trap…. 1- the rental payment is $ 45.25 per month with increase up to 5% per year 2- the term is 180 months (15 years) I calculated, after 15 years I will pay $11,800.73 + HST ($13,341.63 Tax included) and if I prefer to purchase the tank the price will be $4,948.75 +HST ($5,592.08 Tax included), on the other hand the price for the same spec. of tank maximum $1,200.00 + HST plus $500-700 installation, so all in all the cost will be around $2000 not $4948.75 HCSI Google review is very bad 2.2 in addition they have 39 complains on BBB website same issue and bad service. I tried to contact Frenbrook again, unfortunately, no one answer. There are some questions, Why Frenbrook dealing with a company bad reputation? Why Frenbrook put their customers in the trap with a bad reputation company? Why Frenbrook didn’t put choices to save their customer from exploitation? Frenbrook who bought that tank, Please Frenbrook Owner return the tank to HCSI and I don’t want any tank from you I will buy one, I didn’t use the tank, the home not occupied yet.

Very poor experience. Rushed. Rude. Work your whole life for each dollar and save to buy condo for a million dollars and they want you to decide all furnishings in a 2 hour consult. Each tiny upgrade is exorbitantly priced, for example $700 per pot light. True story. They could use costumer service training and have some humanity and compassion in dealing with the public. I would never deal with them again.

Call 25 times to get my grading deposit back. The person in charge is Tanya. I've been calling her for 7 years still nothing. My worst enemy wouldn't treat me this bad
