The Broker of Record has proven to be a fantastic resource. He provides great support and is always available to field questions and help in resolving issues.

J	Jay Dench on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! This is a Very Dishonest Company! Vered Mereminsky greatly exaggerated the size of a lot for sale on her MLS Listing. She also lied, telling me the lot was "High & Dry, ready to go, & didn't need any Fill," when in reality it needed a minimum of $60,000.00 in Fill, as per 3 building experts! Then there was the fact that she Failed to include the Easement on the MLS Listing, which was wholly owned by the Township. Nor did she mention that all of the area from the lower boundary to the waters edge is owned by the Crown. Worst of all when you politely bring all of these facts to her attention in emails, she refused to respond or amend the false MLS Listing. When further efforts were made to contact her Boss, Sam Green, he hung up on me 3 times, he cut me off, refused to listen to my issue and even yelled at me, telling me to never call him again! (This is all without hearing 1 word I had to say.) It was like trying to talk to an immature teen who was having a tantrum. BTW I am one of only 3 actual customers posting a review here, the rest of the reviewers belong to the company. Stay Away!

Continue to spam you years after you leave despite many request to be taken off their lists. Overall very disorganized, poorly trained staff and cost cutting around every corner. You get what you pay for with a discount brokerage…

P	Party Girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews but this was by far one of my worst experiences with a business! The owner of this brokerage Sam is a very dishonest man! When I bought my house I didn't personally know a home inspector. Sam referred me to a home inspector that he knew and he said was "the best". The home inspector assured me that my basement was free of mold. After a few months of living in the house I decided to renovate my basement. When my contractor started to take down the walls sure enough underneath the drywall there was black mold every where! I have two young kids and I cannot believe my kids were exposed to this all this time not to mention the home inspector told me that there is no aluminum wiring and my basement was full of aluminum wiring! I called Sam to bring this to his attention. He hung up on me, swore at me and didn't even take the time to listen to what I had to tell him. Stay away from this brokerage as far as possible. The only ones that they are looking out for are themselves!
