★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MSoM has lots of excellent teachers. MSoM motivates the students to do their best. Many students received RCM gold medals, scholarships, Kiwanis Music Festivals of Greater Toronto Area awards, Peel Music Festival awards, and Ontario Music Festival awards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently a student of Mississauga School of Music! I am studying guitar and piano together. The school has really professional teachers who have already achieved a lot in the local and even international music industry. My personal guitar teacher and piano teacher are very nice and amazing too. I already studied for around one year and my playing techniques have improved dramatically. But it is even not enough. My great teachers teach me music theory and the whole music culture as well. To compare with just knowing how to play, it’s rather more than you can truly understand what is music and how it works! I am a CS student as well, before I just wanted to do some normal programming jobs as a normal programmer does. But right now after my study experience in the school, I plan to do some music software development in the future! It really changes my whole life and make me a better person. By the way, the fee is really fair and I believe anyone can afford it! (I am an international student. I work myself to pay the tuition although I can still afford my music classes as well.) Believe me, it’s a journey that worths way more than just talking about money. Music has magic and it supports people with magic power. The school is the teacher of magic and they can give you what you want! Good luck!

MSoM's ability to transform their high quality teaching from in-person to online has kept my son occupied and motivated throughout the pandemic, especially when so many other activities have been cancelled. Mr. Andrew's ability to connect with my son, and build on what interests him to encourage him to play better is a skill only a certified teacher would have. So thankful that we were able to continue his progress! The admin staff has been wonderful as well, coordinating the move to virtual, communicating with us so that we did not need to wonder what was happening. The truly personal touch that MSoM provides can not be beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MSoM is an amazing school for music and art. The teachers are exceptionally skilled and engaging. My two elementary aged kids really enjoy learning to play the piano. The music instructors are excellent.
When the pandemic started last year, my kids missed out on attending an art camp. Luckily, they were able to participate in online/virtual art lessons with MSoM which they both loved. The teacher (Malina Goh) was fantastic with the kids, provided both direction and freedom to create fun art pieces.
I highly recommend MSoM for both kids and adults!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent music school, I have tried piano lessons in the past but I found that the quality of teaching here was truly exceptional in comparison. Everyone on the team is professional and pleasant to work with, and also very talented themselves it turns out! I was really happy to find this school as there are quite a few in the area to choose from, and I also like that it is a family-run business that seems to care about its students a lot.
They've got a really good thing going. I will try out their art classes next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter started taking the beginner's art classes online. They are small size classes so it feels very personal.
The teacher starts off with a 10 minute art history lesson and then they move on to sketching. They work on a different sketch each week so for Chinese New Year, my daughter learned to sketch a cute tiger. The teacher gives tips on how to sketch, how to colour properly, etc and is very patient. When the class ended, my daughter, who has trouble focusing, wanted to continue to work on her sketch so that is a good sign.
I really like that the art teacher checks in frequently with the kids to see how they are doing and guides them/gives pointers without hindering their creativity. She also assured me that she quickly goes over the basics of sketching every class so it is okay if the child doesn't "get it" right away.
