Thank you Miss CEO and Sofiia for absolutely amazing manicure and pedicure. My experience was absolutely fantastic. It is almost impossible to find professional and skilled nail salon in this city, and I’m so glad I found you! I really appreciated how clean, bright and fresh it felt in the salon. The nail technician Sofiia was very pleasant and polite. From nail shaping to cuticle care to gel polish application, her technique is flawless! I have very sensitive cuticles, and Sofiia did an amazing job taking care of them. Olga, the salon owner, was very friendly and welcoming as well. Her care and attention to detail definitely shows through the salon. It was my night off from taking care of my toddler, and I had the most relaxing time getting my nails done at Miss CEO. I highly recommend!

I went in for a gel manicure on a Wednesday afternoon and was immediately impressed by how clean, cute and well-decorated the salon is. Olga, the owner, was very welcoming. She brought me tea and a small chocolate and sat me on a comfy chair. The girl doing my my nails was incredibly friendly and warm, but unfortunately I wasn't happy with the result. I'm not sure if it was inexperience with gel or if she was nervous, but I ended up with polish all over my cuticles. The whole process also took over 2 hours, which was way too long for a simple manicure. As I went to pay, Olga could tell I was unhappy and offered me a discount. I gladly accepted and left, but ended up calling her when I got home and asking if she would remove the polish. She was very understanding and accommodated me quickly, and I went back about an hour later. When I went back in Olga offered to fully re-do my manicure, but I just wanted the polish removed and to give my nails a break from the gel. She apologized many times and carefully removed the gel, fixed my cuticles and buffed my nails. My nails have actually never looked better after removing any kind of polish! They looked healthy and my cuticles looked amazing. As I was about to leave Olga brought me to the register and refunded me in full for my earlier manicure! I was really surprised. Not only was she accommodating, apologetic and kind, she also refunded me and said she hoped I would give her salon another chance. I'm giving Miss CEO 5 stars because the customer service was fantastic, and because I could tell how passionate and serious Olga is about her work. She was incredibly sweet and I'll definitely be giving her and the salon another shot in the future!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team of professionals at Miss CEO nail salon. High standards were met from the moment of reservation to the farewell. Excellent space, warm welcoming atmosphere, COVID-19 readiness, attention to details & wonderful service! Everything was top notch! I’m so happy with my manicure, very elegant and beautiful! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends! This salon stands out from others in Vancouver. It’s like a European nails boutique! Great feelings after the visit!!! Wonderful experience in a beautiful salon! It is very easy to find the salon as their store front and sign is bright blue and stands out! To start, booking was very easy and they also send text reminders :) I wore a mask to my appointment and so did the staff! I was greeted warmly and amazed at how clean the salon is! Such a bright space and I was happy to have the window seat (chairs are comfy too). I felt very safe as there was a table shield at each table and they have posted beauty safe certificates at their reception desk. I love the non-toxic nail polish and the lovely color selection they have :) Thanks for an amazing experience Sofiia and Olga! Highly recommend if you value quality and professionalism.

Amazing experience! Was warmly greeted & offered coffee (it was early in the morning, so it was much needed). I had my gel manicure done which I’m obsessed with, so beautiful. Olga was very sweet and professional, I have naturally very thin damaged nails but she managed them nicely and made me feel and look very pretty. Highly recommend! Also, big plus for me was that their gel polishes are vegan, non toxic and cruelty free.

Miss CEO Nail Salon is amazing! I truly can’t say enough great things about it! It’s extremely clean and well organized and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are amazing and the service is exceptional. I love everything from the products and methods they use to the decor and website. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning with more friends and family.

Amazing experience: reasonably priced, super friendly staff and the place was SUPER CLEAN! I had my pedicure done at this place. They are offering a WATERLESS pedicure which I was looking for. I heard that It’s much better than the traditional one and I was very happy with the result. The best place to get your pedicure done!!! Thank you for an amazing service!

Nice, open space with lots of natural light so you actually know how the polishes are going to look on your nails. Olga (the owner) is lovely and so are the nail techs. The space is very clean and they seem to have implemented all COVID measures. I'll definitely be recommending this spot to friends & family!
