โ โ โ โ โ Been going to Posy religiously, and I never leave disappointed. I typically have my sets done by Anne, and she is amazing!! The staff is very friendly and go the extra mile for their customers. Definitely one of the best nail spas in the Yaletown area.

โ โ โ โ โ Posy is the best nail salon in Vancouver. All of the ladies work with such attention to detail and care. They are so nice and helpful if you need help choosing colours. My manicures look great weeks after! Highly recommend Posy on Homer Street :D

โ โ โ โ โ If you are trying to decide on a salon downtown look no further. Great location and customer service. I've been going to Posy for the last year now, I go to Jane at the Homer St. location and she is amazing! She's very detail oriented, friendly, patient and efficient without rushing. I always leave satisfied and get tons of compliments on my nails. Will continue coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ I really unhappy with the service. First of all master was rush like she was later or something. I even asked her doesn't be rush. Second all my nails was different shape and I asked like 4-5 times make it in one shape but still. When she done it all my nails edges was sharp and rough and , I just took nail file and finished by myself. And finally today is just 3d day (I get nails on Friday evening) and it starts pulling off.
So i am really disappointed!

โ โ โ โ โ I edited my review as got the best customer service from posy nails. After posting a negative review last night about my nails they contacted me right away and booked me an appointment this morning to fix my nails.
Jenny( at Pacific location) did a fantastic job fixing my nails and the staff was so nice and welcoming. they also gifted me a very nice lotion for my hands. I really appreciate for follow ups and your amazing customer service. Thanks you. see you in 3 weeks for refill. :)
