My wife is a therapist doing teletherapy from home during Covid - she blocked her schedule so Minto could do repairs but they never showed. She has a waitlist of clients in need that she could have seen. What should she tell her clients with mental health issues in need of help next time she has to block her schedule so Minto can come do repairs?

Our experience was great once we came back, Peter is very knowledgeable, super friendly and easy to talk to.
The Team at Minto put themselves at your disposal and have a fast reply timing.
Old review:
Came in and the blonde girl at the help desk (if you dare to call it that) didn’t greet us, I had to scoop the answers out of her, didn’t propose other options since the house we were looking for was sold out or even other options of model homes to go see. She even rolled her eyes at us. You will lose a lot of sales to the competition due to people like that in your ... And guess what? That’s where we’re headed right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is great, but unfortunately Minto is to big to offer quality compared to the smaller builders. When you are to big you are stuck hiring anyone to fill the need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. It probably doesn't take much more work for me to have a 5 star experience, but details are over looked. Happy with sales center, design center and most of the build quality. But finishings start to fall apart after 30 day warranty period. Sounds go through the rooms easily, even after sound proof upgrade...
